Pret A Manger: Coffee & Food is the official Pret app by Pret A Manger (Europe) Limited, built for US customers to order ahead, manage Club Pret, and collect Pret Perks. The Pret app is not a delivery-marketplace tool — it centers on Pret Pick Up, in-shop QR scanning, subscription drink redemptions, and loyalty stars at participating shops.

The Pret app connects directly to the menu shown in shops: users browse breakfast, sandwiches, salads, soups, baked goods, coffee, tea, matcha, and lemonades, then either order ahead or scan at the till.

How to Use the Pret App：

The Pret app runs on a loop: create account → order ahead or scan → redeem Club Pret → earn stars → claim Perks.

Quick guide:

Install Pret A Manger: Coffee & Food from Google Play.

Create or sign in to your Pret account inside the Pret app.

Open the Order tab to use Pret Pick Up at nearby US shops.

Customize drinks/food if the item is available in that shop’s menu.

Place the order for pickup; unavailable items show as sold out in the app.

If buying in shop, open your QR code and scan at the till.

Club Pret subscribers redeem up to 5 barista-made drinks per day.

Subscribers also get 20% off eligible menu items and 50% food after 7pm.

Earn 1 Pret Perks star per qualifying purchase; subscribers get 2 stars monthly on renewal.

At 10 stars, open the Perks page in the Pret app and choose a reward.

Tips:

Scan once — the Pret app QR handles drink redemption + star earning together.

Add a sandwich or treat with a Club Pret drink if you want the transaction to count for stars.

Check shop menu before ordering; breakfast switches to lunch at 11am in-app.

What drinks are included?

How do Pret Perks stars work?

Scan QR at purchase; 1 star per purchase. 10 stars unlocks a free reward choice in the app. Club Pret subscribers earn 2 stars per monthly renewal, not per drink.

Can I pay in store with the app?

Club Pret subscribers can scan to redeem drinks. Other purchases cannot be paid through the Pret app currently.

Can I use a Pret gift card in the app?

Not yet — FAQ says gift-card payment in app is not available yet.
