    This app really frustrates me. If I want to order in-store and scan my code to use rewards, that’s okay. But if I try to order ahead or pay with the app? It just doesn’t work. Ordering ahead eats my rewards. The total stays full price even when I apply rewards. I end up losing points. There’s no way to refresh the total. They changed it so you can’t pull it up anymore on the order screen. It’s such a hassle.

    Ordering drinks has turned into a hassle. First, they took away the free perks that made the rewards system worth it. Then, rewards became so rare that I haven't seen one in two months. Now, for the past month, I can't even add my own payment options. This app feels useless. It's just a menu showing what might be available at my local Peet's, but with no stock information. I give it 1 out of 5 stars because I can't rate it lower. It just takes up space on my phone.

    Trying to add value to my Peet's card has turned into a frustrating experience. Nothing else works for payment. My payment method functions fine on other apps. Spent over thirty minutes uninstalling and reinstalling the app, plus emailing customer support. Despite these efforts, no solution. The app seems stuck in its broken state for over a week. Really disappointing since there's a Peet's nearby, and it used to be my favorite spot for coffee runs.

    Pandemic approved! The update on pickup orders is positive. They work well, though there are some kinks. The main needs are for pickup orders and reloading the card. Understanding the order process takes time. It involves hitting all the buttons, especially that final 'place order' button. Ordering the same thing each time makes me wish for a one-touch option. That would make life easier.
