FAQs

When will the order arrive?

[Home Delivery] Arrival date: It will arrive in about 2-5 working days (excluding holidays) after payment is completed. [Supermarket pick-up] Arrival date: It will arrive within about 3-5 working days (excluding holidays) after ordering. [Store pick-up] Arrival date at designated Baoya physical stores: It will arrive in about 4-7 working days (excluding holidays) after payment is completed. When the above mentioned delivery is to remote areas/festival periods, an additional 1-3 days will be added.

Can I pick up the goods at the store?

Baoya online shopping provides store pick-up service. Please complete the online payment when placing your order at checkout, and select the [Store Pickup] (unified shipment from the warehouse) shipping method. Since there are package size and weight restrictions for store pickup, if the product is heavier or larger in volume, or if the product name is marked as [Manufacturer Direct Delivery] and is delivered by the manufacturer's designated logistics provider, you cannot select store/supermarket pickup. You can check the delivery methods provided for the product in [Payment and Shipping] on the product page.

Can I accumulate or redeem membership points?

Description of points accumulated for Baoya online orders: Bonus points will be added to the points the next day after the order is completed and picked up. (For example: after the order is placed on June 23, 2021, the package is received and the order is completed on June 25, 2021, the points will be credited on June 26, 2021) Shipping fees, collection fees, and the amount of returned goods are not included in the point calculation. Points discount instructions: You need to log in as a member first. When checking out, the system automatically calculates the maximum points that can be redeemed for the order (the discount points/amount cannot be customized). The maximum discount for a single checkout amount is 30% in physical stores/15% for Baoya online purchases. , activities, discount coupons, and points can be used at the same time, and freight cannot be discounted with points (if the discounted points do not reach the free shipping threshold, freight must be paid), full gift activities (if the discounted amount does not reach the gift threshold, you will not be able to enjoy the gifts).

How to use discount coupon?

During checkout, click to use the discount coupon or fill in the discount coupon code to enjoy the discount. Usage specifications: 1. Each order is limited to one discount coupon. 2. Discount coupons have a validity period. After the expiration date, they cannot be used and cannot be restored. 3. If the product at checkout is marked "Discount Coupon Not Applicable", the product cannot be discounted using discount coupons. 4. If the order using a discount coupon is returned or the goods are not picked up after the expiration date, the discount coupon will become invalid and will not be returned.

Please tell me why I can’t click on the product for more quantities? When will the stock be replenished?

If the product cannot be added to the selection, it means that the current inventory status is only that amount. Since the products in the event are all hot-selling products, we have actively continued to communicate with the manufacturers and strive for the next wave of restocking.
