In 2025, Czech Post became a partner of the project, which is being organized by the Czech non-profit organization Sue Ryder for its clients for the third year in a row.

The aim of the project is to please Sue Ryder clients and at the same time gain support for real trips through the sent Postcard Online.

Since 1998, Sue Ryder has been helping seniors and their loved ones with the life changes brought about by old age. It provides a variety of social services, and thus the chance for a dignified old age. It provides counseling, personal assistance, operates a Home for the Elderly and palliative care.

Even grandmothers and grandfathers in Sue Ryder loved holidays, traveling and postcard correspondence. And now, thanks to Postcard Online, they will be able to once again go to the places where they experienced the most beautiful moments of their lives or to those they have not yet had the opportunity to visit. Every Postcard Online helps. First, it will bring joy from the shared experience, but it will also provide a donation for real trips for seniors in Sue Ryder.

One click, a thousand emotions!

In 2025, Czech Post became a proud partner of the Writing from the Heart project, which was organized for the third year by the Diakonie of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren in cooperation with TV Nova.

From April 27 to May 18, 2025, anyone could register to write one or more letters or postcards on the website PsaniOdSrdce.cz. Letters from correspondents travel to seniors, primarily in their own homes, but also to nursing homes, with the help of caregivers. Anyone who wanted to do something nice for the people in their area could get involved. The purpose of the whole event is to bring joy to seniors and break down barriers between people.
