Pre-Registration Rewards

Like other gacha games, Obey Me Nightbringer brings to its players a special pre-release campaign for players to pre-register and obtain fabulous rewards in game once the game is released. These rewards are time sensitive and will only be given out to accounts made before a certain period of time, therefore, players should at least complete the game’s tutorial in order to claim these rewards before the claiming period ends.

With the release of the game players are able to obtain 10 free summon tickets and a variety of in-game currencies in order to strengthen the special character cards to strengthen your team to challenge the difficult musical stages. In addition to this, the pre-registration rewards also give players a UR+ Character card - Healing Lucifer with his ability to heal players when they make the wrong note during a song, making him the perfect starter card for players to get.

Special Log-in Campaigns

With the release of Obey Me Nightbringer is the special release of 2 different log in campaigns for players to partake in and receive amazing rewards including up to 50 free pulls on different banners and other character upgrading currencies and materials to strengthen the team. 

The first log-in campaign is the Devil Sitting Survival Kit Log in Campaign which rewards players up to 30 free summoning tickets for logging in for 7 days in addition to special SSR character upgrading tickets that are used to strengthen a card’s potential and level them up. This log in campaign is not permanent and will only be available for a short period of time with the release of the game, therefore, players should make sure to log in 7 days during this period to claim all of the rewards.

The second log in campaign is the start dash log in campaign, which will be permanently available for all players that make an account and have completed the tutorial. Like the Devil Sitting Survival Kit Log In Campaign, players will have to log in a total of 7 days in this campaign’s period in order to claim special rewards including special items that boost players’ score in stages and up to 20 free summoning tickets.

With the release of Obey Me Nightbringer, the game brings with it a lot of important and often confusing mechanics that players need to get a general grip on in order to fully immerse in the game and clear difficult stages and advance in the game.

Cards Rarity And Musical Elements

Unlike other gacha games, the character cards in Obey Me Nightbringer consist mainly of 2 things, its rarity and its element.

Each card rarity goes from the highest possible roll at UR+ then SSR all the way down to N. The higher the rarity, the more powerful the card is and the harder it is for players to obtain them and level them up. In addition, higher rarity cards can only be obtained through specific events or through the gacha system, making them the primary focus that players should aim for to obtain in the game. That being said, in order to fully upgrade an UR card, players will need to spend a lot of materials and currencies, therefore, in the early stages, it's better to invest on cards with lower rarity to have a good team to clear the game’s contents first.

A Card’s element is divided into 7 different elements, each corresponding with one of the 7 deadly sins. Normally these elements don't play a large role in the game. However, specific stages will have certain advantages and bonuses for certain types of elements, so it's extremely advisable for players to build a variety of cards with different elements to take advantage of certain stages’ benefits for the element.

Card Skill Levels and Devil’s Tree

In addition to the rarity and elements of a card, a card’s power is determined by its level, its skill levels and its progress on the game’s special skill tree system named the Devil’s Tree.

A Card’s skill level, unlike normal card level, can only be increased when players obtain duplicate copies of a card, enhancing the effects of the card’s skill during stages and further strengthening its benefits to bring to difficult stages.

A card’s devil tree serves as the skill tree for the cards, with players having to spend special resources to unlock special nodes in the tree’s branches, enhancing the cards’ stats and unlocking even more special passives for the cards.

Stage Benefits and Special Buffs

When attempting to clear a stage in Obey Me Nightbringer, players will have to form a team of 3 different character cards and 3 special cards known as Memory Cards. Each of the cards will have different effects while on the stage, with some allowing the players to obtain more points corresponding to the stages’ element or to help players to clear the stage without losing HP.

It is extremely important for players to build a suitable team for each stage based on the cards they have as they will help immensely in the process of clearing stages in advancing the story. In addition, Memory stages will provide special passive buffs during the stage’s duration, allowing players to clear difficult stages easier and help to boost the rewards obtainable through farming the stages.

Furthermore, players will be able to use special buffs available before entering a stage to grant them various beneficial buffs during the stage, helping to boost the rewards and the probability of clearing a stage massively. These buffs include buffs that increase the characters’ strength during the stage to defeat the boss and buffs that increase drop rate of items and rewards.
