The insurance is really good. Co-payments for medications are super affordable based on your plan. It makes getting the meds you need so much easier.

This app drives me crazy, especially since I rely on telehealth. The messaging system lags and often won't respond. It feels impossible to reply to providers. Entering self-diagnostics, like blood pressure, is a nightmare. I can’t even input that information. The desktop site is fine, so clearly, the issue lies with the app. They really need to improve the user experience.

This app is frustrating to use. It has these weird errors popping up. Sometimes, it shows an error message with a phone number, but as soon as you try to click on it, it vanishes. I spent time filling out three pages of forms only to get slapped with a message saying I couldn't do that on my mobile device. Such a letdown. I'm really upset about having to deal with this app regularly since it's tied to my health insurance.

The bicycle feature is acting up. I bike everywhere. This app should track my miles and steps. When I try to use it, it thinks I’m walking instead of cycling. I connected it with Google Fit on my Galaxy S10, but it just didn't work. So, I bought a Cateye odometer for my bike. It would be awesome if Oscar allowed us to take snapshots of our miles and upload them to a database. Right now, I feel like none of my biking miles get recognized.

Since I installed this app, it has been a nightmare. Finding specialists feels impossible. The 500-page formulary is just overwhelming. How can anyone check if their medicine is covered? The messaging feature exists, but the replies are robotic. Nothing feels helpful. This insurance clearly does not care about supporting patients in getting care. If they think this app represents them well, they need to bring in someone smart to make it work better—fast.
