A:Elra is a healthcare platform where you can have online audio and video calls with our doctors in our own system.

Q:How does Elra work?

A:After registering to our system, you can start a conversation by paying with your credit card from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Q:What information required when registering?

A: name, surname, telephone number or e-mail address, Turkish ID number, date of birth bilgilerini girmeniz gerekmektedir.

Q:Is there a membership fee?

A:We don't charge any membership fees. The only fee you'll pay for Elra is our doctor's consultation fee of 290 TL.

Q:Is the personal data I share protected?

A:Our system holds ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) and ISO/IEC 15504 Spice Certificates. Your personal data is protected on domestic servers within the scope of the Ministry of Health's KVKK.

Q:What are your payment methods?

A:Currently, payment can only be made by credit card or debit card.
