OctaApp - Plasma donation made easy

The app used to work perfectly for months. Then, out of nowhere, it stopped functioning on the same phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. I even went to AT&T for help, but they couldn't resolve the issue. Now, I've emailed Octapharm and I'm just waiting for a response from them.

Frustration builds with every attempt to sign in. Creating accounts feels pointless. Deleting and redownloading the OctaApp brings no relief. The app refuses to cooperate. Even simple things like selecting English or Español don’t work. It’s beyond annoying.

It's so frustrating trying to donate these days. The app often doesn’t work. When I drive over, nobody's there during business hours. Why even have an app that doesn't personalize for account holders? I went to donate despite the app issues, but I got turned away because of pending test results. Even if the app was functional, it wouldn’t provide that kind of information. Plus, they've lowered what they pay donors! It’s just infuriating. 😡

It’s not bad at all. You make some easy money while helping others too. The Vamps are fantastic at their job. They’re skilled at sticking, and even though they use a bigger needle, it’s really no big deal. Just remember to drink plenty of water throughout the week when you sell your plasma. Eating protein helps a lot as well!

I had trouble logging in with Google. I ended up creating a new account, and it linked my information. I still can access my card balance and everything. Hopefully, this helps others facing the same issue. Developers, it shouldn’t have required a new account when I already had one tied to Google. I don’t remember setting a password for my original account. That might explain the problem, but it seems like this wouldn't even be an issue if the app didn’t lose data after updates.

This app used to be my favorite. I switched to a different Samsung model, and now it’s a struggle. It takes me through the initial setup, but stops at the "allow notifications" page. No matter what I try, I can't move forward. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, and allowed notifications. Nothing seems to work.

Frustration is high! So many people are sharing the same struggle. The old version worked great. Now, it just shows a blank white screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't helped at all. The local donation center won't let me use the kiosk either. It's so annoying. No way to donate now. This situation leaves me angry. Guess I will have to find another option. I wish I could give fewer stars. The app signed me out without any warning or explanation. Now, I can’t sign back in with my usual password. It also won’t let me reset my password because it doesn’t send the verification code. Customer service for this issue seems nonexistent. This rating is my only way to report the problem. It can’t even recognize me as a donor despite my eight donations. No response at all. This is incredibly frustrating!

The rewards system is a complete disaster! I got two emails at once. One for an express pass and one congratulating me for hitting gold status. That pushed my points over 5000. Excited, I tried to redeem a $10 Amazon pass, but it said I didn’t have enough points! No one, from managers to staff, has explained what’s going on or how they plan to fix it. Everything else about the place is great, but this rewards mess? Totally unacceptable!

This app is the absolute worst! I had to download another bug fix this week. It keeps breaking. I even created a third account, and guess what? It stopped working again. I can't believe it. They really need to flush the system and get a team that knows how to keep their app running smoothly!
