System update questions and answers
1. When logging in to Portal.ndaatgal.mn, I get the message “email address is different from the information” and cannot register.
You can view and change your registered email address by logging in as an employer and clicking the “Change Director Information” menu. You can also log in to portal.ndaatgal.mn through the DAN system and change your email address.
2. Are the occupational classification and contribution rates different?
If the employee’s occupational code and insured type are entered correctly, the contribution will be calculated without errors. According to Article 18.2 of the General Law on Social Insurance, starting from 2024.01.01, the rate of the NHI insurance premium will be set differently depending on the working conditions of the workplace with occupational health and safety requirements and risks. Employees of the same organization will pay different premium rates depending on the working conditions of the workplace. An Excel file with “occupational code” and “type of insured” has been uploaded to Portal.ndaatgal.mn for download.
3. When submitting your report, the previous payment balance does not appear?
Starting from March 1, the first balance of the report will be downloaded and visible.
4. When preparing the report of an enterprise or organization, are the contributions incorrectly or incompletely deducted?
If the employee’s occupational code and type of insured are entered correctly, the contribution will be calculated without errors.
5. The report that was saved yesterday has not been displayed when you go to view it today?
When you click “VAT Report”-“Enter VAT Report”, the saved report will appear. (fixed)
6. When you log in to Portal.ndaatgal.mn as a director, the organization does not exist or is not visible?
Go to nd8.ndaatgal.mn, log in as an employer, and click “Change Director Information” to register the director’s information. Then, when you log in to portal.ndaatgal.mn as a director, the organization will be registered. You can also contact your responsible inspector to link the organization’s rights.
7. Can an organization with a foreign director log in to Portal.ndaatgal.mn?
If you are unable to log in through the system, you can contact the inspector of the relevant Social Insurance Agency, register as a director or accountant, and log in with your email address.
8. Are there any instructions for employers to submit reports with a digital signature?
A program to submit contributions payment reports with a digital signature is being developed. Instructions will be posted on portal.ndaatgal.mn as the development progresses.
9. When saving the report, the employee's last name and first name are missing, so the report cannot be sent. Will the occupational code be lost if I delete and re-enter it?
Check the information of the employees registered in the “Employee” menu. If it is registered correctly, there will be no error. See the instructions posted on portal.ndaatgal.mn. If possible, export it to an Excel file and save it. If any information is missing, you can import the exported Excel file again.
10. Can't I change the director's email address by logging in to the DAN system?
Go to nd8.ndaatgal.mn, log in as an employer, and click “Change Director Information” to register the director's information. Then, when you log in as a director at portal.ndaatgal.mn, the organization will be registered. You can also contact your responsible inspector to link the organization's rights.
11. There were two people who were supposed to receive the 2023 HCHTA benefit for December. But now they are no longer there?
Please contact the relevant Social Insurance Agency and provide the information of the two employees to check.
12. When I try to submit the report, it says that the information of the following employees is incorrect. How can I fix this error?
The information of the incorrect employee is displayed in pink. When you hover the cursor over the employee with the error, an explanation of the error is displayed. You can correct the error and submit it. Please familiarize yourself with the “Report Processing and Sending” instructions posted on portal.ndaatgal.mn.
13. I typed and saved the report, but the employee information is empty?
When you click “NDS Report”-“Enter NDS Report”, the saved report will appear.
14. Would you like to receive specific explanations, instructions, and advice on submitting employer reports through online and classroom training?
Aimag and district Social Insurance Offices are organizing training in the classroom and online.
15. Do you need to get a contribution payment inquiry urgently? (Loan, visa, tender)
Insured persons and employers are issuing paper contributions payment inquiries for January from the Social Insurance Office of the respective aimag district. Information has been sent to banks and the State Procurement Office. These organizations are using the paper inquiries issued by the Social Insurance Office in their operations.
