Improve thermal comfort thanks to the weather station and automatic shutters  

With the increase in summer heat waves, thermal comfort management has become essential.  

Thanks to the temperature sensor of Netatmo Smart Weather Station, users can program in their TaHoma® App the appropriate scenario to improve thermal comfort in summer by avoiding overheating and in winter by benefiting from the natural heat of the sun. 

In summer, when the outside temperature becomes too high, roller shutters motorized by Somfy close automatically to keep the house cool. 

In winter, they open to take advantage of the sun's free heat and warm the house, then close at nightfall to keep the warmth in. 

Manage air quality by automating the opening of motorized windows 

As indoor air is 2 to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air*, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends airing the home twice a day for 10 minutes. Although people are becoming increasingly aware of this recommendation, many don't apply it, either for lack of time or fear of intrusion. 

The perfect automation between TaHoma® and Netatmo allows them to enjoy their time at their place without having to care when to open the window, it’s done smartly automatically.

When the level of CO2 or humidity detected by Netatmo devices (Weather station or Indoor Air Quality Monitor) becomes critical, windows motorized with SOMFY Group’s motorization solutions open automatically to renew and refresh the air. It can also close automatically after refreshment. Users are notified in their TaHoma® App.

I want to exchange a product. How to proceed?

If a wrong product or a wrong reference has been ordered, you need to request a return for refund (within 60 days of the delivery) and place a new order for the correct reference. It is not possible to exchange two different products between them. if you want to exchange a product following issues encountered while using the product, please send us a message describing the issue and the product's serial number. A complete analysis of the product needs to be done before replacing the product if necessary.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty is 2 years in Europe and 1 year in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

To which countries can my order be delivered?

The Netatmo e-shop delivers to all countries of the European Union countries, including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico. However, some territories are excluded within these countries for delivery, such as the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Faroe Islands, Greenland, and other EU territories outside of the European continent.

I cannot complete my delivery address as I cannot find my country. What can I do ?

The Netatmo e-shop delivers to all countries of the European Union countries, including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Iceland. the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico. However, some territories are excluded within these countries for delivery, such as the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Faroe Islands, Greenland, and other EU territories outside of the European continent.

If your country is not part of the exclusion list, please be sure to select the correct e-shop to place your order. For example, for deliveries to Belgium, you need to place your order from the French or the Dutch e-shop. You can refer to the flag displayed on the top right to check the e-shop you are browsing through on our e-shop.

I want to fill in a different address for billing and shipping. How can I proceed?

The country for both the billing and shipping addresses must be identical. During checkout, at the first step 'contact information', you will fill in the shipping address. If you want to indicate a different billing address, uncheck the box 'Use as billing address', you can then fill in a different billing address.

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice is sent by email when your order is shipped. Verify that the email sent by Netatmo is not in your spam folder. You can also download the invoice from your Netatmo account if your order is listed under your account. This option is available for orders placed after May 2022. If you would like a copy, please send us a message with your first and last name, your order number, and the email address used for the order.
