Why is my desired coffee not available?

In our continued commitment towards unforgettable taste made with the best care possible, we are working hard to ensure we can offer you your favourite coffee. However, we are sorry that this coffee is currently unavailable. We are happy to notify you as soon as we are able to provide you with your preferred coffee. In the meantime, please contact our team and we will recommend an alternative which has similar intensity levels and aromatic profiles to match your preferred taste.

What is the shelf life of the Nespresso capsules?

Our capsules are hermetically sealed for optimal conservation of coffee aromas. Two dates are indicated on each sleeve: the production date and the date of consumption. We ensure the freshness consumption up to 12 months after the date of production for flavoured coffee and 15 months for all other coffee. The best before date is however not the expiration date as the coffee is not a perishable product. This date is recommended for obtaining the best results in a cup.

Why are the Limited Editions no longer available?

We are pleased to know that you have been seduced by our Limited Editions. These exclusive flavours are, however, now sold-out. Again and again we come across unique coffee flavours in our search for perfection and unique taste experiences. We can only offer these creations for limited period as the raw materials are only available in small quantities. We thank you for your kind understanding.

You can already look forward to further Limited Editions. These will be launched respectively in spring and autumn. We will create Variations this year as well – you will be well surprised.

What does “Pure Origins” or “Single Origin” coffee mean?

A pure origins or single origin coffee is made of coffees coming from the same country of origin. At Nespresso, each “pure origins” is exclusively and genuinely composed (100%) of coffees coming from a single country of origin and even limited regions that offer unique profiles. We perform rigorous sampling and testing to ensure that we have only 100% pure origins.

What is so special about the highest quality coffee that Nespresso uses?

From farm to cup, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Quality is not a coincidence: it is deliberately created thanks to a series of conscious choices all through the coffee chain. This means we seek the highest quality from the careful choice of the origin/terroir to the selection of the finest beans, the extreme farmer care for the coffee, all the way to our production expertise and the extraction technology for the consistent in-cup results you expect from Nespresso. Once the finest beans arrive to our production centers, they are checked against stringent physical criteria and specific aroma and taste profile before being processed. Quality is closely monitored through the whole value chain. Over 70 quality checks are conducted by our coffee experts from the farm all the way to the final cup.

Once the quality of the green coffee beans has been confirmed, our master blenders, roasters and grinders take over to unlock the beans’ full potential, creating the wide range of Nespresso coffees. The aluminium capsule then seals in the aromas, protecting the coffee from oxidation, moisture and light and guaranteeing optimal in-cup freshness. Aluminium has the additional benefit of being infinitely recyclable.

    You’ve got your Nothing Phone, and an app just won’t open. It keeps saying the app isn’t installed, even though you see it right there. You could try restarting your phone first. A simple reboot often fixes minor glitches. If that doesn’t work, check if the app needs an update. Sometimes an outdated version causes problems. You can also clear the app cache or data. Head to settings, find the app, and clear its cache. If all else fails, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Hopefully, one of these steps will get that app running smoothly again!

    Nespresso Middle East sounds so promising, but Qatar is missing from the options. It feels a bit off, right? Everyone loves their coffee, and it seems strange not to include such a vibrant country in the mix. Coffee lovers in Qatar might be feeling left out. They deserve those rich flavors and convenient machines just like everyone else. It makes you wonder why this choice exists. Hopefully, they’ll expand their offerings soon.

    Nespresso SA has let me down. I decided to return my machine due to terrible customer service. Since the New Year, I've been emailing them about an exchange. No feedback at all. They constantly ignore my emails. The app isn’t any better than the service. I bought the original capsule holder for my original machine, but it doesn’t even fit the original capsules. I asked for an exchange just a day after purchasing. They took a month to collect it and now I'm left without my money and still no replacement. It’s extremely frustrating.
