1.How do I edit an exam?

iOS: Swipe from right to left on the exam you want to edit. You'll see the corresponding option among the available options.

2.How do I delete an exam?

3.What do I do if my university isn't listed?

I try to keep the list of available universities in MyLibretto as up-to-date as possible. If your university isn't currently listed, you can still use the app without any problems. Enter the name of your university, and once inside the app, you can add additional information such as your logo and website.

4.What do I do if my average is incorrect?

MyLibretto has been calculating the average using the same algorithm for several years now, and its calculation has proven to be very reliable.

Through the settings page, MyLibretto allows you to set the parameters used to calculate the average. If you notice discrepancies between the average calculated by MyLibretto and the one on your university portal, make sure you have set these parameters according to those used at your university.

Unfortunately, given the large number of universities covered by MyLibretto, I cannot guarantee that the app covers 100% of cases.

5.I finished my bachelor's degree. Can I create a second career path for my master's degree?

Currently, MyLibretto supports the management of only one career path. If you need to start a new one, the only solution is to overwrite the data (either manually delete it or install a new version of the app).

Given the high number of requests for this feature, it is likely that it will be available in the future.

6.I changed phones. How can I restore my purchase?

iOS: Go to the page where you made the purchase, tap "Upgrade to PRO!", and then "Restore Purchase."

Android: Go to the page where you made the purchase, tap "Restore Purchase."

Make sure you're using the same Google or Apple account you used for the first purchase; otherwise, the app won't recognize it, and you risk being charged again.

7.I switched from Android to iOS (or vice versa). Can I restore my purchase?

Since MyLibretto is an app that doesn't require creating an account, purchase management is handled by Apple and Google, who use your account to record the purchase. Unfortunately, this means that purchases cannot be transferred from one platform to another.

8.I think I've found a bug. How do I report it?

You can report a bug using the support email address found on the MyLibretto website.
