To better suit your circumstances, you can also document justified absences, holidays, and vacation periods. All records can be conveniently accessed in a clear and coherent report.

How to use:
👉 Set Your Bank of Hours Rules
• Go to Settings → Work Times → choose:
– Bank duration (2 months in the pics).
– Starting day (1st of month).
– Initial balance (type +01:13 or whatever you carry over).
• Save – the totals will auto-calculate from here.
👉 Clock In & Out in One Swipe
• On TODAY screen, tap the + button.
• Pick Start at the real time or dial the exact hour and minute.
• Tap Stop when finished – the app records the interval and shows Day Balance instantly.
👉 Attach Proof & Notes
• While the timer is running (or after), hit the camera icon → snap a photo of the workplace or timesheet.
• Tap “Include Notes” to jot absence reason, task ID, or mileage – it stays linked to that day.
👉 Mark Absences, Holidays, Vacations
• In the calendar, long-press a date → choose Absence / Holiday / Vacation.
• The day turns color-coded and counts as zero work time, keeping your Bank of Hours accurate.
👉 Track Multiple Projects Per Day
• Same day, tap Register Time → Add Project → pick or create a new one (“Studies”, “Personal Project”).
• Each entry gets its own line with separate balances – perfect for freelancers.
👉 Read the Day Summary at a Glance
• The Day Summary bar shows Worked, Justified breaks, Depart suggestion, Day balance, and Total balance without scrolling.
👉 Generate & Share Reports
• Hit Reports → pick date range (05/01-08/31).
• Tap Share – PDF or CSV lands in your email with hours, holiday pay, and overtime clearly listed.
