    This app is a total disaster. I got logged out unexpectedly, and now I'm locked out completely. The one-time password doesn't work. Attempting to change my password has been a waste of time too. I tried dozens of times to get in. It's frustrating not being able to report the issue since I can't even access the app. It feels pointless. I think they should just take this app down and focus on a simple website instead. Their response is typical, asking for more details about the problem. Seriously? Can’t they understand? I CAN’T LOG IN AT ALL. They need to fix this immediately.
