    You can’t use non-Ukrainian credit cards. Google Pay and other payment methods tied to international credit cards aren’t accepted either.

    Automatic saving of DTEK outage schedules at saved addresses would be great. Offline maps and pop-ups should also come by default. When the power goes out, connection often drops. Without connection, it's hard to check the outage schedule. A bit frustrating. Thank you!

    The app fails to work. Reinstalling does nothing. In the evening, it just stops functioning. Can’t buy tickets, can’t even send a code to access the app. The message says, “Something went wrong.” It feels useless when you need it most and average when it does work. No updates for ages.

    Creating a trip with a QR code happens with a single click. No warnings pop up. No confirmation request appears. This setup feels random and abrupt. If this kind of interface is in place, users should have the option to return any unused trips. It's frustrating and not user-friendly.

    The app uses OpenWeather. The weather reports are inaccurate. Kyiv Digital says clear sky and 7 °C. OpenWeather also claims clear sky and 7 °C. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reports overcast clouds and 1 °C. That matches what I see outside. It’s best to find a different weather provider. Otherwise, it won't work well at all.
