How To Use

Upon launching the app, you’ll be prompted to configure your VPN connection. Enter the server address provided by your IT administrator, such as vpn.example.com, and choose the appropriate protocol. If your organization requires it, enable fingerprint authentication for added security. 

Once configured, tap “Connect” to establish a secure tunnel to your corporate network. The app will display real-time connection status, including server IP, client IP, and protocol details. You can monitor traffic statistics and DNS settings under the “Statistics” and “DNS” sections. 

For quick access to frequently used resources, use the “Bookmarks” feature. If you encounter any issues, refer to the “Logs” section or consult the “User Guide” for troubleshooting steps.

REQUIREMENTS:

SonicWall Mobile Connect necessitates an Android version of 10 or above. While the app is provided at no cost, it mandates a concurrent user license associated with one of the SonicWall solutions listed below to operate effectively:

• SonicWall firewall units, including TZ, NSA, E-Class NSA, and SuperMassive Series, operating on SonicOS version 5.9 or more recent.

• SonicWall Secure Mobile Access 100 Series / SRA systems functioning on version 10.2 or later.

• SonicWall Secure Mobile Access 1000 Series / E-Class SRA devices running on version 12.4 or above.
