In general, they are sourced from official quiz databases published (in PDF, HTML, DOC formats, etc.) by the institutions organizing each specific public competition.

– How are the original documents acquired?

They are retrieved using custom-developed "data retrieval" techniques designed specifically for each quiz database. The complexity of this process varies from case to case.

– I need to prepare for competition “X”. Can you provide specific quizzes?

No. The purpose of the site is to assist with competition preparation using only official materials. We do not create new quizzes, and any such request will not be fulfilled.

– I need to prepare for competition “X”. I found a quiz database on the competition organizer’s official website, but it's not on mininterno.net.

Please email us with details about the competition, and if possible, include the link to the quiz archive. Unless there are issues, we will add it to the site promptly.
Please only send a report if you are sure the quiz archive exists.

– I don't have a flat-rate ADSL connection and can't stay online for too long. What can I do?

For some competitions, Mininterno.net provides offline software that you can install and use on your PC without needing an internet connection.
More software will be developed and released in the future.

– How can I stay informed about updates to the site?
Visit the site regularly or become a fan of our Facebook page.　A mailing list will also be available soon, where you can sign up to receive updates about the site and public competitions.

– I purchased your software but haven’t received the email with download instructions. What should I do?

If you don’t receive it within 2 hours of purchase, email us at info@mininterno.net and report the issue. Please also include your PayPal transaction code (which you will have received in an automatic email from PayPal).
⚠️ Note: You must contact us within 45 days or we will not be able to issue a refund.

– I bought the wrong software or changed my mind. What can I do?

You can request a refund within 20 days of the purchase date, but only if the software has not yet been activated (i.e., you have not yet requested the online activation code).

– Why the name “Mininterno”? 

In July 2005, a software program named Mininterno was created to help prepare for a competition by the Ministry of the Interior (Ministero dell’Interno). From that software (which later expanded to many other competitions), the site was born and kept the same name.
The creators of the site have no connection with the Ministry of the Interior.
