About the app

An appointment management app developed by the Primary Care of Servicio Canario de la Salud.

This app enables users to book, view, and cancel appointments with their family physician and nursing staff.

It also offers a feature to save preferred contacts for more convenient appointment management.

The app does not gather any sensitive personal information.

User data is not retained by the application.

No registration is needed, but users must possess an Individual Health Card issued by Servicio Canario de la Salud.

In the current version, it is possible to request appointments with the Medical and Nursing professionals to whom the user is assigned. In other words, appointments can only be made with their Doctor and Nurse, and only for REQUEST appointments.

3. Can I view all my appointments at the health center?

The current version displays all pending Primary Care appointments the user has scheduled. In other words, it allows users to view all pending appointments for Primary Care professionals at the health centers.

4. Can I cancel appointments with my doctor or nurse?

It is possible to cancel an appointment with your doctor and/or nurse, which was recorded from the Canary Islands Health Service's Appointment page or at the health center.

5. Can I cancel pending appointments with other Primary Care professionals scheduled at the health center?

It is possible to cancel an appointment with your doctor and/or nurse, which was recorded from the Canary Islands Health Service's Appointment page or at the health center, as well as pending appointments scheduled for other Primary Care professionals at the health center.

6. Can I view all specialist or test appointments?

Users can view pending specialist appointments or tests requested through their health center, showing the specialty/test, date, and time.

7. Can I cancel appointments with a specialist or for tests?

This is not currently possible, but users can manage this through their health center.
