How can I make payments through Mi Tigo? And associate my account with automatic debit

If you are a Postpaid and/or Residential customer, you can pay your service bills with your credit or debit card through Mi Tigo in a secure way and without having to wait in line. Follow these steps:

These are the steps to associate your automatic debit in the Mi Tigo app .

1. Enter the Mi Tigo app already installed on your device, or go to the web address with the correct address  mi.tigo.com.hn in the INVOICES option

2. Select AUTOMATIC DEBIT MEMBERSHIP

3. You must select the CREDIT/DEBIT cards option , which will show you a form that you must fill out with your card details.

    a) Visa Mastercard.

    b) American Express.

4. After filling in the information for your associated invoice or selecting a saved card, click on the CONTINUE button and you will see a summary to confirm the information.

5. Once the data has been verified, simply click on ACTIVATE and a notification message will appear. We will also send an email regarding the automatic debit affiliation.

NOTE:

Remember that to carry out your transactions through the Mi Tigo app you must register . 

Restrictions:

- Minimum Payment Amount: L25 lempiras.

- Maximum number of transactions in 30 days: 30 transactions.

- Maximum payment amount per day international card: L10,000

- Maximum payment amount per day national card: L12,000

- Maximum accumulated amount in 30 calendar days: L20,000 lempiras.
