    I lost my phone number and money account in Roatan, Honduras. They took all the money I had in it. To have a Tigo Money account, you need to be a Honduran citizen. It used to be a convenient way to manage money for phone, music, and internet, but now I would not suggest it.

    Oh, this app is so disappointing. When I try to sign up and enter my date of birth, I can't select a specific year. I have to keep changing month by month until I get to the year I need. And to top it off, when I finally choose the date I want and tap next, I get an error message saying "Invalid Birthdate Field." It's just sad that they released an app with such silly mistakes. I hope they fix it soon because how do they expect users to prefer their platform if they don't even have a mature or well-developed app yet? My phone is a Samsung S6, language set to English, Android version 6.0.1.

    The app is really buggy and I couldn't even transfer a simple card. It is 2023, so they should hire good programmers to fix it because right now the app is impossible to use.

    With the new ID update, the selfie is never recognized. Customer service is incompetent.

    What a waste of time! I've had the app for a while and it says I don't have an account. I've spent the last hour trying to install the new version and it's either I can't get past the country selection (it stays on Default without an option to choose anything) or when I FINALLY get to the address part, it tells me "Oops! An error occurred while entering your data" and I have to start all over again just to end up in the same place. The previous version was also giving me trouble but now I can't even access it.
