Primary accreditation (specialty) 2018 - All specialties

Each field is divided into sections:

Preparation - To enhance convenience, questions are organized into blocks of 100. Each block consists of several subsections:

“Learn tests” - Provides a textual format for reviewing questions with correct answers highlighted.

“Training” - Allows you to answer all questions in the block sequentially.

“Get a credit” - This part assesses knowledge. You can select the number of questions for self-evaluation (minimum 30%). Achieving at least 75% correct answers constitutes a successful result; you have the discretion to decide if this is sufficient to pass the test. Upon completion, this block is marked as adequately studied.

Pass the exam - The exam mode closely mimics the actual examination process. The set includes 80 questions, and a minimum of 70% correct responses is necessary for a passing score.

Search by tests - A feature enabling users to locate specific questions among all available in a certain specialty.

Additionally, a statistics section is incorporated to help track progress, providing insights into the number of questions reviewed, successful exam attempts, and the total questions available in each specialty.

With the MedicTest application, achieving Accreditation 2025 becomes much more manageable!

New questions 👀

The questions in our app for each specialty correspond to the FMZA rehearsal exam.

But! You write the entrance test to residency on the FMZA website (as everyone used to write). Now this test is written on a separate unified portal for applicants to residency.

The bulk of the tests still come from your specialty on the FMZA (that is, from MedikTest), but everyone began to notice that 1-5 questions are new!

These new questions are specially thrown into your test and are not shown to you in the rehearsal exam) probably so that everyone does not write 100% (well, you never know, suddenly everyone will cheat).

These questions are also not pulled out of thin air, they are mainly thrown from residencies in therapy, cardiology, clinical pharmacology and others.

We publish new questions that are sent to us in our Instagram account in stories (+ we save them in the current ones). So we highly recommend subscribing, viewing them, we will not duplicate them in VK ❤

Accreditation: testing - how and when to start preparing?

The first stage of your accreditation is testing.

You are given 60 random test questions from a single assessment tool database and 60 minutes of time. Each test contains 4 answer options, of which only one is correct. If you gave 70% or more correct answers, your result is "PASSED", with a result of 69% or less - "FAILED"

During the accreditation itself, when answering questions, you can skip tests that you are unsure about and return to them at any time. You can also change your answer option. The only thing is that you must meet the time limit and complete the testing on time.

In our application, when taking the exam, you will not be able to postpone the question and return either, you answer gradually question after question and so on until the result. On the one hand, this significantly distinguishes this mode from a real exam, but on the other hand, it saves you time and teaches you to make a decision here and now. Often, when graduates return to past questions and change their answers, they change them to incorrect ones.

Testing is the most responsible and important stage. You need to start preparing for it as early as possible! We advise you to start no later than April, that's right, no later! This advice mainly concerns those who are taking the initial accreditation, because the same residents have fewer tests, and there is not so much at stake) Of course, everyone's speed of memorizing information is different, but on average 2.5 months will be enough for you, and do not forget that by the end of the year you will already have a lot of work - state exams, additional debts, a bunch of organizational events and no more, no less than 2 more stages of accreditation. ⠀

Here are the reasons why you need to start preparing for testing seriously and as early as possible:⠀⠀

1️⃣ Admission to residency. About 80-90% of graduates aspire to go there, and your admission will largely depend on the results of the first stage. You can score a maximum of 100 points on testing - then your other achievements during your studies are added to them. Well, you understand, if you are not preparing now, then someone else is preparing and has already passed the first thousand) and this may be, by the way, your competitor for a place in the residency that you have dreamed of all your life)

2️⃣ Even if you are not going to residency, believe me, without proper preparation, it is not so easy to write a test for a passing score. You may be lucky and you will mostly get good questions on general topics, but you may not be lucky. The volume of material is very large - you will understand this when you start studying. And you will also understand how quickly everything is forgotten. That you only learned 6 blocks, returned to the first one - and some questions you see for the first time 😅

3️⃣ Many questions just need to be crammed! Some questions differ from each other by one word and you can get caught on this due to inattention. Therefore, by solving tests over and over again, you sharpen your memory and perhaps at the exam you will come across a question that you are not sure about, but your hand will just reach for the right answer.

How to prepare?

For ease of study, we have divided all the tests in the application into blocks. For some specialties, we have independently divided the tests into topics - these are the same blocks, but the questions in them are not scattered and memorization is easier and more systematic. First, you need to study all the blocks (or topics) and get a credit for each block.

Along the way, you can add hard to remember and difficult questions to your favorites, so that you can then solve only them.

You can enter the exam mode at all stages of preparation, even if you have not finished studying all the blocks or topics, since we have a function for solving the exam only for the completed blocks or topics.
