This application allows you to view your current medications, which are recorded in the Fælles Medicinkort by a healthcare professional. Additionally, you can check your active prescriptions, meaning those for which you can still obtain medication at the pharmacy. Alongside these open prescriptions, you will also find information about the medications you have already collected from the pharmacy.
You can submit a request for prescription renewal for any medications that have previously been prescribed. The renewal request will be directed to the provider of your latest prescription if possible; otherwise, it will be sent to your primary care doctor. If you do not have a designated doctor, unfortunately, requesting a prescription renewal through the app is not an option.
The app enables you to view and renew prescriptions for your children, individuals for whom you hold guardianship, as well as people who have granted you the authority to access or manage their information within the Fælles Medicinkort system. You have the ability to mark prescriptions as private via Sundhed.dk. Please keep in mind that if prescriptions are marked as private, renewal requests cannot be made. It is also possible to disable this privacy marking when it is activated through Sundhed.dk.
You will receive notifications regarding new prescriptions or updates on prescription requests within the Medicine Card tab of the app. An orange dot in the top right corner indicates whether there are new alerts for one or more individuals, while orange dots next to names in the selection menu indicate which individuals the notifications pertain to. Once a notification is no longer relevant, you can remove it by tapping the trash can icon. Be aware that notifications will automatically disappear after 30 days.
The app provides selected information from your medical card that is maintained in the Fælles Medicinkort system. You can always visit sundhed.dk for comprehensive details. This site includes information about previous prescriptions that can no longer be filled at the pharmacy, along with other relevant data such as who last modified your medical card. On sundhed.dk, you can also review in MinLog who has accessed your data, as well as similar information concerning your children's medications and prescriptions.
To ensure the app is user-friendly for everyone, it supports assistive technologies for screen readers, contact accessibility, and adjustments for font and display sizes. You can read more about the app's accessibility features in its availability statement.
The Danish Health Data Agency was responsible for developing this app. For inquiries related to app usage, please refer to the appropriate channels.
- What are 'Consultation Bills'?
'Consultation Bills' is a comprehensive overview of the consultations where the public sector has provided full or partial reimbursement for your treatment. For each consultation, it is stated how much the public sector has provided in reimbursement to the therapist.
- Which consultations can I see bills from?
You can see bills from consultations for which the public sector has provided subsidies. This includes your visits to:
general practitioner
specialist
on-call doctor
dentist
dental hygienist
physiotherapist
chiropractor
psychologist
You cannot therefore see information about consultations that you have paid for yourself. This applies, for example, to certificates for driving licenses.
Calls or visits to an on-call doctor are registered under General practice (General practitioner) with the doctor's own name or clinic name.
- How long will it take before I can see my information in 'Consultation Bills'?
It takes approximately 45 days after a consultation until you can see it in ‘Consultation Bills’.
- Where does the data in ‘Consultation Bills’ come from?
The data in ‘Consultation Bills’ comes from the Health Insurance Register. The register contains the information that the practitioners report to the regions.
