Pick up your purchases as soon as the next day: we can send them with a courier, deliver to the "Magnit" store, or to a pickup point with a fitting room. If the size doesn’t fit or you don’t like the quality of the product, you can return it upon receipt or within 7 days.

How to order?

1. Add items to your shopping cart.

2. Check the quantity and characteristics of the product: for example, size and color.

3. Click "Checkout".

4. In the checkout section, specify the city and delivery method — to the pickup point or by courier.

5. Enter and verify the recipient of the order. Why it is important: a payment receipt will be sent to the specified mail, and an order pickup code will be sent to the phone. Your first and last name will be needed to check with your passport if you ordered a product with an age limit or used a promo code.

6. Enter the promo code if you have one. Current promo codes can be found on the mm.ru website, in our social networks, push notifications or SMS.

7. Choose a payment method that is convenient for you:

— pay by card online, FPS;

— arrange an installment plan;

— "Shares."

The minimum order amount will be displayed in your shopping cart.

8. To complete your card payment, enter the code that will come from your bank.

9. If you decide to arrange an installment plan or pay for the order online later, you can do it within 30 minutes - the order will be reserved. For more information, see the section "How does the reserve of an order and promo code work?"

10. When paying for an order by card or in installments, a payment receipt will appear in your personal account under the order, after receiving the order - "Electronic check".

How do I add or remove an item from an order?

We collect and ship orders very quickly – it only takes a couple of minutes between payment and assembly of your order. Therefore, we are technically unable to add or remove products from a placed and paid order.

If you want to order additional products, arrange them separately and pick them up with your first order. If you want to delete, refuse the unnecessary ones at the pick-up point.

How can I track my order?

The order can be tracked by status. It will be displayed in the "Account" - "My orders" - "All" section. Orders go through several stages of delivery:

1. "Waiting for payment" - you placed an order, but did not complete the payment. Status changes can take up to an hour.

2. "Packing" – we pack the goods in the warehouse and prepare them for shipment.

3. "Delivering" – the order is already on its way.

4. "You can pick it up" – the order has arrived.

5. "Issued to the buyer / Returned" – the goods are with you, or you have abandoned the order.

Where can I get advice on the product?

You can read about the characteristics of the product, as well as how to use it correctly, in the product description or check with the seller.

Will I be refunded the shipping fee?

You can only refund the shipping fee if the entire order is returned due to a quality claim. If the return is for another reason or at least one item in the order has not been returned, then the shipping fee will not be refunded.

On which card will the money come?

To the one from which the order was paid. It is not possible to change the card.
