    The website is not easy to use. It seems like the designers didn't really think about what customers need. And don't even get me started on their sizing, returns, and refunds policies. I would recommend staying away from shopping on their website.

    Don't use the app, it seems like they're trying to sell off their old stock. The size chart is way off, new shoppers will definitely have sizing problems. No exchanges allowed, you must return and reorder. Getting a pickup for returns is rare, getting a refund is even rarer. Customer service is terrible, they ignore emails and calls. The clothes are low quality.

    I bought something on the app for the first time, but my order got canceled because the product was supposedly out of stock, even though it's still listed as available. When I called customer service, they weren't helpful either. I won't be using this app to order again. It's strange that the app has a 4+ rating because if you check the reviews, most of them are 1 star, which matches my experience.

    I bought something and wanted to return it for a refund, but it's been over a month and still no refund. I've been calling customer service non-stop but haven't gotten any help. The whole shopping experience has been terrible, with absolutely no assistance from customer service. They don't even reply to my emails. I'm really disappointed and frustrated.

    Ordered on 28th July, requested a return right after receiving it. It took them 3 days to pick up the product. Now it's been 6 days since they picked it up, but no refund yet. This was my first and last order on this app. Didn't expect this service from M&S. Want my money back.

    The collection looks great when you see it in person, but the clothes look like they came from a bin in the photos because the picture quality is so poor. Even Chanel would look terrible with such bad photo quality.
