    The chat support isn’t working, so here’s my review. This service aims to make picking up packages easier, but the main screen has a glitch. I can’t access the option to unlock the door. Instead, I have to request a temporary access code on the panel. It sends it to me via text just to get into the room. Improving residents' package management is great, but making us wait for something so simple feels frustrating. Please fix this issue.
