THE LIVERUN APP

YOU CAN'T REGISTER ON LIVERUN. HAVE YOU CHECKED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION?

1/ RUNNERS ONLY

Are you registered as a runner for the event you are trying to log in to?

REMINDER:

LiveRun is reserved for runners themselves; if you are accompanying someone, the LiveInfo app is for you.

2/ UPDATED RUNNER LIST

Are you included in the runner list on the event's Livetrail website (accessible from livetrail.run or liverace.run)?

If the runner list is empty on the website, it's simply because the organizer hasn't provided it to us yet. In this case, please be patient and try again when the list has been updated. 3/ CORRECT LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, and DATE OF BIRTH

Are the last name, first name, and date of birth in your LiveRun account the same as those provided when you registered for the event?

To identify you, we use the last name, first name, and date of birth entered in your LiveRun account and compare them to those provided when you registered for the event. If they are different, we will not be able to recognize you.

Tip: You can change your LiveRun account information by going to the app settings.

4/ REVERSED LAST NAME AND FIRST NAME

Have you checked that you have not reversed your last name and first name either in your registration or in your LiveRun account?

Tip: You can edit your LiveRun account information so that your first and last name are displayed correctly as in your registration (registrant list available on the event's LiveTrail website).

5/ TEAM AND RELAY

LiveRun is currently not available for runners participating in a team or relay race. Please use the other tracking or security options provided by the organization.

Tip: If you would like to follow friends, you can use the LiveInfo app.

6/ ALREADY CREATED ACCOUNT

Have you checked that you haven't already created an account with a different email address?

We only accept one account per person (first and last name, and date of birth). If you have already created an account, you must reuse it.

Tip: You can recover your password from the app by clicking on the "forgotten password" link and re-entering the correct email address (the one with which the account was created) when prompted.

7/ BIB BLOCKED

The app tells you that your bib is already assigned to someone else?

Option A/ Do you know the person who mistakenly logged in on your behalf?

Ask them to unlink your bib via the LiveRun settings.

Option B/ Do you not know this person?

Please send an email to info@livetrail.net with the subject line "URGENT BIB BLOCKED LIVERUN" and a copy of your ID so we can unsubscribe the account registered on your behalf.

8/ OTHER PROBLEM

Does your problem not fall under any of the above categories? You can send us an email to info@livetrail.net, describing your problem in detail and the type of phone you are using (brand, model, and system version). Please only use this option as a last resort; we are a small team and often quite busy in the run-up to events, and we will not be able to respond individually to everyone if we receive hundreds of emails.
