The collectible Liverpool FC matchday programme app ensures that you can access Anfield programmes no matter where you are in the world.You have the option to buy a subscription for an entire year, which covers all Premier League and Cup matches, or to make a single purchase if you're unable to attend the game. With an annual subscription, all programmes will be stored in the newsstand, providing you with immediate access to a full season of Liverpool activities.

The app is available for free download. Users can acquire both the current issue and past editions within the app.

How-to

Navigating the site and purchasing

- Find the titles you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. Click on the basket icon, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

- You can make payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, American Express and Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards. We also accept Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay and Link. You can also make purchases with Pocketmags loyalty points and gift cards.

Subscriptions (how they work, subscription management)

- Subscriptions save you money compared to buying individual issues and are available for fixed periods, such as 3 months or 12 months. Upon subscribing, you gain immediate access to the current issue, along with all other regular issues released during your subscription term. New issues will appear in your My Library area on the Pocketmags website or app when they are released. They can continue to be read in My Library after your subscription ends.

- Some titles offer 'all-access' subscriptions, which will be indicated on the purchase page. All-access subscriptions provide access to new issues as they are released, as well as all regular back issues of the title (that are available on Pocketmags) for the duration of your subscription, via My Library. Once the subscription ends, access to all issues is lost.

- Your subscription will renew automatically, so if you want to continue subscribing you don't need to do anything and your next subscription will auto-renew. If you'd prefer to cancel the auto-renewal, you must do this at least 24 hours before your next payment is due to be taken.

- If you would like to cancel the renewal of a subscription this can be done in the My Subscriptions section of the My Account area of the website. If you are looking to cancel a subscription purchased in an app please follow our instructions here.

Activating a subscription (e.g. purchased direct from the publisher / another site)

To activate your digital subscription please follow the below instructions:

(1)Click here to visit our Activation hub.

(2)From the drop-down menu please select the relevant title and click the orange button 'Go to Activation Page'.

(3)Enter your activation details provided by the publisher.

(4)Click 'Activate'. Your issue(s) will be added to the My Library section of your account

If your selected title is not showing in the drop-down menu please review the other options on the page, for example if you received an activation code.

Do you sell print subscriptions?

At Pocketmags we only sell digital subscriptions however our partner site magazine.co.uk offers print subscriptions. These are primarily for delivery to the UK but some titles do have International offers for delivery outside of the UK.

Do you sell bulk, corporate or institutional subscriptions?

Yes, we have a range of multi-user access options available including access codes, IP-based access and authentication such as eZproxy.

My Account & Loyalty Scheme

Can I checkout as guest or do I need a Pocketmags account?

- It’s not possible to checkout as a guest. This is because your purchases need to be linked to a Pocketmags account. This is then used to login to the Pocketmags website or apps at any time to read your digital editions. 

- A Pocketmags account allows you to access, sync and read your purchases on multiple devices, such as your home computer and your Apple, Android or Amazon devices.

- An account also protects all your purchases in the case of a lost or stolen device and allows you to earn loyalty points which can be used to reduce the cost of future purchases

How do I change my username or password? (/ I have forgotten my password)

Change Username or Password:

- Please login to the Pocketmags site then visit My Account and select 'Change email address' or 'Change password'.

Forgotten Password:

- If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here: https://pocketmags.com/forgot-password

- Please note that passwords are case sensitive and must be between 8 & 20 characters in length. They must contain at least 1 upper case character, 1 lower case and 1 number.

- If you have not received a password reset email this could mean either that the email has ended up in your junk/spam folder, that there is no Pocketmags account registered to your email address or there may be another problem.Please contact us at help@pocketmags.com if you continue to have trouble or the above has not helped.

How do I manage the number of emails I receive from Pocketmags?

There are two types of emails from Pocketmags:

*Service emails - relating to your account and new issue notifications for active subscriptions.

*Marketing emails - which tend to be offers and promotions that we think you will be interested in. 

Service emails can not be unsubscribed from but you can manage your new issue notifications in the My Notifications section of your account online, or Options > Manage Notifications in-app.

Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' button at the foot of the email.

What is the Pocketmags loyalty scheme? How do I earn (and spend) Pocketmags points?

- The Pocketmags loyalty scheme offers you the chance to earn loyalty points as you shop on our website. Every time you shop on pocketmags.com, you earn 2 points for every 1 of your currency e.g. $1 = 2 points, £1 = 2 points (unless otherwise stated). Please note that your points are linked to the currency of your purchases, switching currency and making purchases would give you a separate points balance in each currency 

- These points can then be used to purchase other products on our site. To use your Points simply enter the quantity of Points you wish to redeem at the Checkout and click on ‘Use Points’. The value of your Points will then be deducted from your purchase price.

Is it possible to merge two Pocketmags accounts?

If you have two (or more) Pocketmags accounts - for example, if you have accidentally created an account with a different/new email address rather than using your existing account - we can merge these for you. Please let us know your two usernames and which one you would like to keep. We will then merge the accounts into the one you would like to keep.

Please contact us at help@pocketmags.com requesting an account merge from the email address that will be replaced, or providing proof of purchase from this account.

How do I delete my Pocketmags account?

- You can permanently delete your Pocketmags account through the Pocketmags web site or the Pocketmags iOS app by following the instructions below. 

- Once deleted you will no longer be able to access any of your Pocketmags purchases and there is no way to reactivate your account. Please also note that you will need to cancel any auto-renewing subscriptions purchased outside of the Pocketmags site, account deletion will not affect these.

Deleting your account via the Pocketmags website: (suitable for all users)

(1)Login to Pocketmags and go to My Account: https://pocketmags.com/membersarea/myaccount

(2)Click 'Delete Pocketmags Account'

(3)You will be sent an email to confirm account deletion. Click the relevant link in this email to confirm deletion.

Deleting your account via the Pocketmags iOS app: (suitable only for iOS users)

(1)Press 'Options' in the bottom right

(2)Tap 'My Account' at the top of the menu

(3)Tap 'Delete Pocketmags Account' at the bottom of the page

(4)You will be sent an email to confirm account deletion. Click the relevant link in this email to confirm deletion.

Note:

-Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours after the current period concludes, based on the same duration and prevailing subscription rate.

-Auto-renewal for subscriptions can be disabled through Google Play account settings, but cancellation of the ongoing subscription is not permitted during its active term.

Users can sign up for or log into a pocketmags account via the app, which secures their purchases in case of device loss and enables browsing across various platforms. Those already with a pocketmags account can retrieve their purchases by logging in.

For optimal performance, it is advisable to open the app for the first time while connected to Wi-Fi.
