💁HOW TO USE
Start an Inspection
• Tap “New Inspection” ➜ select category (Motor, Insurance, Media, etc.).
• Enter client mobile (OTP will be sent) and basic vehicle details; the AI pre-fills registration data if the VIN is scanned.
Capture Evidence
• Follow the on-screen overlay to frame each shot (front-right corner, odometer, chassis, fuel gauge…).
• Record voice notes or annotate directly on the image.
• Mark damages with the damage-labelling tool; the AI calculates estimated repair cost in real time.
Review & Submit
• Preview the entire report in the built-in viewer.
• Client receives an OTP on their registered mobile; they approve or request re-shoots instantly.
• Once OTP-validated, the report is locked, time-stamped and auto-uploaded to the cloud.
Track & Share
• Use the search bar to pull any past report in seconds.
• Export as PDF, Excel or share a secure link with insurers, workshops or regulators.
Offline Mode
