Verification email: what you need to know

Linxo uses emails to communicate with you: notify you of movements on your accounts, offer you a weekly and monthly summary. But these emails are only sent once your email address has been verified: this way we are sure that you receive the emails.

When you create your Linxo space, you should receive an email that allows you to verify your email address. Verification is done by clicking the link inserted in this email.

If you have not received your verification email, this could have several causes:

Have you looked for the email in your “Junk Mail” folder?

It is possible that the email was filed in the “Spam” folder. To prevent this email from being classified as spam, you can add the address assistance@linxo.com to your address book by clicking on this link .

The email address you used to create your Linxo space is incorrect

Many people register via a mobile application where it is not always easy to enter an email address. Mistakes happen!

The email address you used to log in is displayed in the settings screen of your mobile application. If you notice that the address is wrong, you can change it in the app or on the web. Then follow the procedure described here .

Bank Connection

To add a connection to a bank to your Linxo space, you must provide the credentials you use to connect to your bank's website, then follow this procedure:

On our applications

- Open your Linxo app;

- Go to the menu at the bottom right of your screen

- Select “Bank Accounts”;

- Tap on the “+” at the top right;

- Choose the bank or enter the name of your bank in the search bar if you cannot find it

- Select the type of accounts to connect (current accounts or savings and credit accounts)

- Enter your credentials (the ones you use to connect to your bank's website).

- Keep the Linxo app open until the “operations recovery” message appears.

On our web service

- Log in to your Linxo space;

- Go to "Profile and Accounts";

- Click on "Add an automatic connection to a bank";

- Choose the bank;

- Click on “I select this banking institution”;

- Enter your credentials (the ones you use to connect to your bank's website).

- Select all accounts or only those you want to add to your Linxo space. This option is only possible via our web service.
