1. When can I get a refund after cancellation/return?

Cancellation is processed after the cancellation request is completed, and returns are processed after the product is received and inspected. The actual customer's card cancellation or refund period after LFmall refund processing is as follows.

- Credit card: Cancellation within 4-5 business days depending on the card company

- Bank transfer: Refund to the entered account within 2-3 business days

- Real-time account transfer: Refund to the account transferred within 2-3 business days

- Quick account transfer: Refund to the payment account transferred on the day of cancellation

- Small amount payment by mobile phone: Refund within 2-4 business days

- Mileage: Immediate refund

2. How do I apply for AS?

AS for LF brand products can be applied as follows.

[Store application]

You can apply at the store where you purchased the product or a nearby LF store that sells the same brand.

[Online application]

You can apply for AS after logging in with your member ID on LFmall mobile, and you can apply in the order in which it is guided on My Page.

(PC application not possible, application is possible after logging in with your member ID)

[Courier application]

If you cannot apply for AS at the store or online,

you can send it directly to the AS center by courier.

If you send it directly to the AS center address below (customer pays for the shipping cost), we will individually lock the product and provide AS-related consultation to the customer after it arrives.

(LF pays for the shipping cost of the product after repair is completed)

- If there are no spare parts available for AS, they may be replaced with other materials or AS may not be available.

3. Is gift wrapping available?

The gift wrapping service is provided for some products at LFmall,

and when purchasing the applicable products,

you can choose between [gift wrapping materials included, gift wrapping service].
