    This app has improved a lot! The user interface looks great and runs smoothly. It feels much nicer than it used to. One thing that still bothers me is not being able to upload a digital copy of my ID card. I prefer having that option instead of always carrying my physical card. I really hope they add that feature soon!

    I dropped my rating to 1 star. This app has never been easy to use. I try to log in and see "services temporarily not in service" or something similar. Home delivery is gone for me now. We can't do anything with the app, not even pay the bill. It didn't used to be like this. It's a terrible app.

    Michael is frustrated. He can’t log into the app. Accessing old messages feels like a chore. Sending messages turns into a hassle. He loses his drafts and has to rewrite everything. Today, he tried replying to his doctor three times. Two times, his content vanished. Things were smoother a year ago. Now, they’re worse. Thank you for sharing, Michael.

    Asking a question is so easy with this chat. I love how convenient it is. I ran into a little problem, though. The "get care now" chat won’t let me take pictures of what I need. I gave it the permissions and tapped "yes," but it still says "access was denied, please check your settings." It works perfectly on my tablet, but for some reason, not on my phone. Despite that hiccup, overall it's really helpful!

    This app has a major problem. Every time I click on messages or appointments, it shows a "Goodbye, session has terminated" error. This has been going on for months. It's frustrating not being able to see messages or check appointments. I got a response saying the issue was fixed, but it isn't. I just tried again, and the same problem happens. I still can't access my messages or appointments in the app.
