My Doctor Online NCAL Only: Manage Your Health and Appointments on the Go

My Doctor Online NCAL Only is a free Android app developed by Kaiser Permanente, designed to help Northern California members manage their health and appointments easily. The app allows users to access personalized health reminders and information from their doctors, schedule and manage primary and specialty care appointments for themselves and their family, and refill prescriptions.

One of the most useful features of the app is the ability to have video visits with your doctor, E-visits for quick online care, email your doctor, or call for adviceThe app also provides users with access to their medical records, including test results and information. Additionally, users can learn about all of their care options and find doctors and office locations.

Features include:

- Access to care options like E-visits for advice, prescriptions, and tests.

- Receive timely notifications about appointments, screenings, immunizations, surgeries and procedures, pregnancy, diabetes management, and more.

- Have video visits with your doctor.

- Schedule and manage primary and specialty appointments for yourself and your family.

- Refill prescriptions with ease.

- View your test results and other medical record information.

- Find doctors and locate medical offices near you.

To get started, download and launch the app, then sign in using your kp.org user ID and password. If you're a Northern California member without these credentials, you can register directly from the app by tapping "Sign-In Help." Once signed in, make sure to enable app notifications to stay updated on your health care needs.

    Right now, the updated version looks better, but I am facing an issue with refilling my medications. When I try, I see a busy circle on the screen. This happens late at night or early in the morning. I am thinking, did they really test the app well before releasing it?

    Hello! The app has been acting up all day. I've been trying to write to my doctor, but the keyboard won't capitalize or autocorrect anything. It's frustrating when describing symptoms. I can't fill prescriptions through the app or access documents from my doctor - I have to use the website for that. Other than that, it's easy to schedule appointments, communicate with my doctor, and view test results promptly.

    I tried using it on my phone and iPad, and it worked perfectly. But I really want to use it on my PC, and I'm having trouble getting it on there. It's a real issue. The device claims to be compatible with all types of devices, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I attempted to install it on my PC again, but without success. It's incredibly annoying.

    As a retired computer programmer, I have some experience in the field. Kaiser's My Doctor App, after much time spent on software development, has improved greatly. I do notice some small bugs occasionally, but they are always working hard to fix them. Overall, I am quite pleased with its performance. I must say, I am also impressed with Kaiser's Prescription/Pharmacy App - it functions very efficiently.
