JetBlue - Book flights

Trying to make an account for the app isn't working. The details I put in aren't being accepted, and the error message doesn't really explain why. Even when I try to correct things like my date of birth, it won't save the changes. Also, information that's supposed to be filled in automatically isn't showing up. The whole sign-up process should be easy, but it's a mess because of these problems.

An app keeps opening on its own even after I close it. Not good at all. I attempted checking in, but the app doesn't confirm success or allow saving the boarding pass offline for when there's no internet at the airport. The check-in process was a mess - it got stuck on one step and never finished. In the end, I had to resort to using the website, which was only slightly better. Hopefully, the pilots know what they're doing better than the app developers.

The app is great, it's simple to navigate. I'm a big fan of JetBlue. It would be nice if the prices to Orlando were more affordable. We always visit Disney World in the summer and want to go during Christmas too, but sometimes the flight costs are very high.

Creating a login is impossible! I've attempted to sign up on different days but every time after I fill in the required fields, it prompts me to check my connection and tries again. It seems like a great app for viewing your information if you can log in. I gave it one star for displaying recent flight alerts related to the airport I'm traveling to.

Phone app doesn't work well despite trying different solutions. It often disconnects and gives vague error messages. Can't save boarding pass, often need a printed one even with internet. App greets me at the destination early. More TrueBlue features needed. Had issues on both Pixels 3XL and now Samsung Galaxy S21. #NotHappyMosaicMember

I tried using this app, but it's just not user-friendly. It's fine for checking flight statuses or your boarding pass, but booking a flight on it is a complete mess. When booking, I often have to switch screens to look at additional details and then return to the app. If you close the app or leave it for a while, all your booking information disappears, and you basically have to begin the process again because it doesn't save any of your progress.

I think the JetBlue app is really bad. It does the job but the filters and options are not as good as other apps like it. You can't search for flights that don't come back to the same place, or for flights with multiple stops. Also, you can only see the earliest flights of the day. Why can't you see the latest ones too? Or even a range of times? I really don't like this app, but since only two airlines fly to my destination, I have to use it, for now.

I used an app that doesn't work very well. Every time I click something, I have to wait a long time and then it often gives me an error. This makes it hard for me to do simple tasks like changing my seat or confirming flight changes. I hope the website is better because if not, I won't fly Jetblue again.

I can't export flight details straight to Google Calendar. The search results only show a few flights at once, and I have to click to see more. I'm unable to cancel flights in the app because it doesn't log in to the travel bank to store credit; I have to visit the website for that. Despite the recent announcement, they won't allow a free same-day flight change for Mosaic members. The sync of the "My Trips" page is not working properly as canceled trips still show up there. It doesn't remember my Known Traveler Number issuance country or billing address. I also can't send the full itinerary (both arrival and departure) to others via email.
