Jana Post is a Kazakhstani IT-logistics company that delivers parcels from China to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. It is an official partner of the world's leading marketplaces PinDuoDuo, 1688, TaoBao, Temu. Jana Post offers customers the opportunity to purchase goods directly from manufacturers and track parcels via a mobile application. The company's goal is to ensure fast, safe and efficient delivery of goods.
2. What marketplaces can I order from through Jana Post?
Through Jana Post, you can order from the best marketplaces in China: Pinduoduo, TaoBao, 1688, Temu. If you do not know how to order from marketplaces, you can get detailed information by watching special lessons in our Jana Post application and on the official website.
3. How do I change my Jana Post branch (branch)?
Jana Post branch change rules: If the goods arrive at the sorting department in Almaty, even if the branch is changed, the goods will be sent to the previous branch. Therefore, changing the branch must be done before the goods reach the sorting department.
To change the branch: 1. Click the Services button. 2. Select the "Your branch" service. 3. Select the nearest branch and click the "Change branch" button.
Note: The branch can be changed once every 36 hours.
4. My goods arrived broken
When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to require the Chinese seller to pack the goods in safe and proper packaging. If the packaging does not meet the transportation requirements, the company will not be responsible. And if the goods arrive broken, the company will be responsible, regardless of whether the packaging is correct.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect the damaged goods after receiving them from the branch. If the goods are opened and broken elsewhere, the company will not be responsible.
5. How can I contact the operator?
You will go to the “Home” service in the Jana Post application. In the section, you will see the Jana Chat service dedicated to you. You can get answers to any questions you may have through Jana Chat.
6. How long will my goods be stored at the department?
After the order arrives at the department, it is stored for 14 days free of charge.
During this period, the order holder can pick it up at any time. After 14 days, a daily storage fee of 100 tenge is charged for the order. That is, 100 tenge for each order is calculated as the daily storage cost.
If the order is not picked up within a month, it automatically becomes the property of the company, which means that the order holder loses the right to receive it.
7. Can I have my goods delivered to my home?
With the “Home Delivery” service in the Jana Post application, you will have the opportunity to deliver your order to your home.
This service is used to pick up the order at a time and at the address that is convenient for you. You can get more information in the “Home Delivery” section of the application.
8. Can I return the money from my personal account?
The money deposited into my personal account in the Jana Post application is non-refundable and is intended only for the logistics services of your orders, i.e. delivery, storage and other necessary services. These funds are used only to pay for the services provided. Therefore, please note that there is no possibility of returning the money from the account.

The delivery time from the Chinese warehouse to the branch in Kazakhstan is 8-20 days depending on the city of delivery.
