My Etos is the Etos program that allows you to benefit from extra advantages and super sharp deals. As a member, you will always receive* a 10% discount on Etos Brand products, you will automatically save stamps and you can save and exchange Air Miles for extra discount with My Miles and enjoy many more benefits.

*This discount is not valid on medicines, gift cards, bottle feeding up to 6 months, Etos Anti Reflux diet food, Etos Extra Care diet food and not valid in combination with other promotions (except Miles discount) and sales.

Do I have to register to benefit from the benefits of My Etos?

Yes, to be able to use the benefits of My Etos, you need a My Etos account with a card number.

How do I register for My Etos?

Create your My Etos account here. Do you already have a plastic customer card? Then enter the card number under ‘I already have a card, link it’. If you don’t have a plastic customer card, we will give you a card number. Even more convenient: download the Etos app and register via the app for My Etos. That way, you always have your digital customer card with you.

I don’t remember which email address I registered with, how do I log in now?

Check the inbox of an email address(es) that you use frequently to see if you have received an email from Etos. Is that correct? Then you probably have an account with that email address. Try logging in with that and/or you can click on ‘forgotten password’ with this email address.

I have forgotten my password, how can I log in now?

On Etos.nl you will see ‘Log in’ at the top right (or in the My Etos app on the home screen). Then click on the link ‘Forgotten password’. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to change your password. Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk mail inbox. Who knows, it might be hiding there.

You can pick up a cardboard My Etos customer card for free at the nearest Etos store. The My Etos app is even more convenient. If you install the app on your phone, you will always have your My Etos customer card with you. You will automatically receive a digital My Etos customer card when you register for My Etos via Etos.nl or via the My Etos app. You can also link your Air Miles card in the My Etos app so that you can easily save Air Miles automatically. Open the app and click on ‘My Miles’ in the home menu to easily link your Air Miles card here.

Can I still use my old plastic Etos (Extra) customer card with My Etos?

Yes, if you have an old Etos (Extra) customer card, you can continue to use it. Do you also want to benefit from all the advantages of My Miles with My Etos? Then link your Air Miles card to your Etos account. You can do this via your Etos account under ‘Account’ and ‘Customer cards’ and it’s done in no time.

My ‘My Etos’ customer card is lost/stolen, what now?

Have you lost your customer card? Don’t worry, you can continue to use your digital customer card in the My Etos app. Download the app and log in with your My Etos account to continue using the card. You can also pick up a new customer card for free at your nearest Etos store. Make sure you link your new card to your My Etos account to benefit from the advantages of My Etos again.

Has your customer card been stolen? Then make sure you link a new customer card to your account. You can pick it up at your nearest Etos store.

Linking your card is very simple. Log in to Etos.nl and enter the card number on your new customer card under ‘Customer cards’. Your details, purchase history and your (possibly) linked Air Miles card are then immediately linked to your new customer card. You can use the same email address again.

I have an unregistered My Etos card, how can I register my card?

You can register for My Etos here. When registering, indicate that you already have a card to link, then you can enter the card number.
