"This is a very good game, but it has a regular problem lining up a shot. It becomes virtually impossible to line up as the action becomes jerky. I have emailed about this a few times but have been ignored. I've tried again, so I'll wait and see if they reply. It has happened to me on 2 different Galaxy phones, so it can't be the phones fault. They have still ignored my email, so they are not interested in bugs found when actually playing. Why is an email address to report problems ignored."

    Spent more than 6 hours on maintenance, only to find the game still has issues. Can't read anything, rewards are not collectible, and need to reset after every match. Really frustrating. On the bright side, I've managed to defeat many opponents with basic equipment and enjoy facing those with advanced gear. However, it's disappointing that I have to buy something to upgrade my cue to level 8 as the necessary parts are unavailable now.

    You reach level 7 and it's like game over unless you pay. There's this wheel thing, but it never gives you what you need for level 8. You either pay or stay stuck at level 7. Just wish the game would be honest and say "no level 8 for you."

    The graphics and themes are great, but all these coins, gems, tickets, chests, and stuff are just clutter. They don't make the experience better. I don't even know what they do! It would be nice to have a practice mode too.

    So, there are two things that bother me about this app. Firstly, whenever I am trying to aim my shot close to the still pool cue, it shoots the ball without my intention. This messes up my strategy as the shot is usually not what I wanted, and my opponent gets an advantage by placing the cue ball wherever they like. I've lost a few games because of this issue. Secondly, while playing, the game ads keep attempting to load harmful software and viruses as per my security program. I have decided to uninstall the app.

    I really liked this game at first because it was unique compared to other pool games. Being able to upgrade cues and explore specialty rooms was cool. However, for the past 3 days, it won't load. It's been stuck on the 'connecting to server' screen without progressing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to check for updates, but that didn't fix the issue. It's still just stuck on the server screen.

    The computer game is not bad, but it definitely needs improvements. Some players speculated that we might be playing against bots, which could be true because some opponents seem to have an unfair advantage. The game needs work on the ball roll consistency, speed, bank angles, and preventing scratches that shouldn't happen. If you know about these issues but still choose to play, that's up to you. Despite these flaws, I do like the game, but I wish it were more balanced.

    The game was terrible to play with friends because it took too long to connect. They said they were playing, but they just started. The animations were too childish, and there were too many confusing chests, cues, and upgrades. I couldn't figure out what the coins were for to upgrade my cue because it looked the same. There was just too much going on, and the game was running too slowly. I played 8 games before quitting and uninstalling it. My time is too valuable to waste another minute on this poorly made, cartoonish mess.
