    The previous version was great. But this new one has a problem when I video call someone—I can only see myself, not them. And they have the same issue on their side. If we can't fix this problem, we'll uninstall it. I first wrote this review on December 4, 2018, hoping you'd fix the bugs. Now it's November 2021, and after reading these reviews, it seems not much has changed. How can you keep having these issues for so long?

    I really like this app because it lets me video call my family and friends even though I have an Android phone and they have iPhones. I haven't used the app in a while, but now I'm having problems - I can't receive or make video calls. The app icon is on my home screen, but when I check on Google Play, it says the app is not installed, which is definitely not true. I've made sure there are no updates needed. I tried reinstalling the app, but when I do, I can't select the United States from the country list to download. Maybe that's the issue. Can you please help me out?

    I used this app for a while now, and everything has been smooth sailing. I recommend it if you're into making voice and video calls. Plus, there's a feature where you can do live streams. The best part is you can customize your chat backgrounds too. It's all just really great!

    I really enjoy using this app, but there's this LIVE button that keeps showing up and sometimes I tap on it by mistake. Then suddenly a stranger's face shows up on my screen, which is quite annoying. It would be great if you could make some changes, like moving the LIVE option to the top along with chats and other features.

    There was this great app where you could chat with your friends. But, about a year ago, it just stopped letting people make international calls. Now, folks in the US can only talk to each other, while everyone else in the world can chat amongst themselves. It's pretty crazy, but that's just the way things are now!

    Oh no, the new HD version is so frustrating. One day, when I tried to make calls, all my contacts appeared as a block even though I never blocked anyone. Then when I tried to reinstall it, all my contacts got erased! I used to be able to add people just by their number and the user name would pop up automatically, but now it says invite via SMS. This is such a mess! I'll be using Skype until they sort out this problem.
