-- With this app, you can locate the nearest CineStar cinema, whether you're in Croatia or Bosnia and Herzegovina, and get information about the films currently showing along with their schedules.
-- Have you already chosen which movie you'd like to see? If so, the app will provide a list of the closest CineStar locations where you can check the times for the film that works best for you.
-- If you're looking to purchase or reserve tickets, you can do so through the app quickly and securely with your Stars Club 2X Bonus card or a credit card. Once you launch the app, your selected seats are reserved in just two clicks! You can find the barcode for your purchased tickets and reservations in the My iCineStar section.

1.How to register or become a STAR CLUB member?
On the home page, select the REGISTRATION button to access the registration form. Enter your details in the form and click 'Accept and register'. It is mandatory to accept the General Terms and Conditions. After filling out the form and confirming registration, an e-mail containing a link to activate your user account should arrive at your e-mail address within 5 minutes of completing the registration. The link must be confirmed within 24 hours of completing the registration, since after the specified time has expired, the link ceases to be active and registration with an unconfirmed link is considered unsuccessful. In case the e-mail has not arrived, be sure to check the spam folder in your e-mail inbox.
2.How to apply for a new password?
On the home page, select the LOGIN button where you can select the option "Forgot your password?" Enter the e-mail address you registered with in the form to receive a link to change your password by e-mail. Your password must not be simple, it must contain at least 8 characters (numbers and letters) and at least one special character and one number. '*' (asterisk) and '' (space) are not allowed. The password must not contain personal data (name, surname, e-mail, home address, phone number, date of birth), numbers in a row or identical numbers, letters in a row or identical letters and also words such as: password, password, CineStar, cinestar, etc. The system will not allow you to change your password or log in with it, if it does not meet the security requirements. Blitz-CineStar is not responsible for cases of misuse of the user's password, but immediately after you report the misuse, they will act to protect your rights.
3.How to change my personal information?
Once you have successfully accessed your account by selecting the LOGIN option on the home page, you can modify your account information by clicking on 'My Information'.
4.How to buy tickets?
To purchase tickets online, prior registration is required. You can buy tickets on the website by clicking on 'Choose your CineStar' and choosing the desired movie, date and seat. Through the application, it is necessary to select the desired CineStar cinema, then the film and the date. After selecting a seat, the system will redirect you to the CorvusPay interface for online payment. If you encounter a problem during the purchase, please send us a screenshot along with a short description of the problem to e-mail info@cinestarcinemas.eu
5.How do I transfer tickets from the old system to my STARS CLUB account, when is the expiration date?
All members of the previous Loyalty system who have bonus tickets (regular or 4DX tickets) on their card (physical or online) can manually transfer them to the new user account that is part of the new STARS CLUB program. The same can be done by logging into your user account, and after registering on the new STARS CLUB system. To transfer the ticket balance, the existing user card number and the corresponding PIN are required. All tickets can be transferred to the new account, and can be used online or at the cinema box office. Bonus tickets transferred to a new user period must be used within 5 years from 11.11.2024. after which they are deleted from the user account.
6.What will happen to the funds in the old card, when can I use them?
All members who have funds on their user card can use and spend them no later than 5 years from 11/11/2024, exclusively at the cinema box office. The funds CANNOT be transferred to a new user account together with bonus points and bonus tickets, but remain on the user card until the deadline specified above. If the funds are not spent by the specified deadline, they are deleted from the user card, which is anonymized and locked for further use. Points are not accumulated while using funds on user cards.
7.How to use the old system's B2B bonus tickets and when are they valid?
All members who have active B2B tickets on their B2B user card, the funds are valid for 5 years from 11/11/2024, exclusively at the cinema box office. B2B tickets CANNOT be transferred to a new user account along with bonus points and regular bonus tickets, but remain on the user card until the deadline specified earlier in the text.
8.Which benefits can customers transfer to the new STARS CLUB account that they have retained on their old card?
All existing users who are owners of user cards are allowed to transfer benefits (bonus points and bonus tickets) to a new user account, except for funds in EUR that remain on the user card and can be fully used within 5 years from 11.11.2024 exclusively at the cinema box office.
9.From what date can old cards not be topped up or points collected?
From 11.11.2024, top-up of user cards is no longer possible, as well as the collection and exchange of points for products.
10.Which products and services cannot collect points in the new system (star rating)?
Stars cannot be collected for: group discounts, school screenings, coffee for employees, special prices and Business screenings and other content determined by CineStar.
11.How to transfer benefits to a new account in the new loyalty system?
Benefits can be transferred to a user account (website, iCineStar application) after registering on the new Loyalty system. To transfer benefits, the user must enter the exact number of the existing user card and PIN in the field provided. If the user has forgotten the PIN, it can be changed only at the cinema box office in order to transfer benefits on the website or application.
12.What will happen if the card and funds are not transferred within 5 years from November 11, 2024?
It is not necessary for the user to transfer funds to a new user account, but all funds that are not transferred to a new user account within 5 years from November 11, 2024 will be deleted, and user cards will be anonymized and locked for further use.
13.Can the owner of an existing customer card use the card without transferring funds to a new user account? What are the options for using the card?
The owner of an existing customer card can still use it exclusively at the cinema box office (funds and bonus tickets) without transferring to a new user account, but without the possibility of collecting new points and using previously acquired points, as well as without the possibility of topping up the card. If the user owns multiple customer cards, it is possible to transfer funds from each of the cards to a new user account according to the conditions set out below. • The transfer, or migration of benefits, can be carried out only once per user card, after which the transferred funds on the card are annulled.
14.How do users with an existing account (not a customer card) transition to the new STARS CLUB program? What steps do they need to take when registering for the first time?
Their data is transferred to the new system and they automatically become new STARS CLUB START members. When logging in online for the first time, the system will ask them to confirm their email address and change their password due to the system change, after which they can use all the benefits of the new program.
15.How to know if a transaction was successful when using tickets purchased online?
The content of the e-mail received after a successful purchase contains a QR code that you can show to the employees at the entrance to the cinema. If you receive two confirmations in the email: a confirmation of the purchased tickets and a confirmation from the CorvusPay system about the authorization, the transaction was successful
16.Can I get a refund for the purchased ticket?
Cancellation of purchased tickets or services is not possible. The exchange of a purchased ticket or service for another service is possible no later than an hour before the start of the screening for which the ticket was purchased, exclusively at the box office of the cinema for which the ticket was purchased, except in the case of special promotions (1+1 free, tickets purchased at a special price, etc.), for the same screening due to a change of seat, and tickets purchased in advance, for which neither an exchange nor a refund is possible. Advance sale implies that tickets are released for sale a week or more before the screening date of a film.
