HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each episode of our series operates in the following manner:

1.THE HERO SEEKS ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR CHILD

At the start of an episode, the hero asks for your child's help in drawing something essential for the storyline.

2.DRAWING AND COLORING

Your child dedicates 10 to 30 minutes to coloring and creating those pivotal elements.

3.CAPTURE

Your child takes a picture of their drawing using the Wakatoon app.

4.CUSTOMIZED CARTOON

Through a magical process, your child's artwork instantly becomes part of the cartoon episode as it continues.

Your child can repeat this process each episode to create a 5-to-10-minute animated film. Finally, enjoy a delightful family moment watching your child's creation.

FAQ

On Android, the "enter your code" page is blank

When you arrive on the "enter your code" page on Android, this page may turn white if your Android goes to sleep or if you see another application in the meantime. This is a known bug that will be fixed in our next release. For now, if you have a blank page when you want to enter the code received by email, exit and relaunch Wakatoon, ask for a code again, but check your mail on a desktop, not on your mobile. Then you will be able to enter the code.

I don't receive my code through EMAIL

You indicated your email address to receive the connection code but you do not receive the EMAIL that contains the code.

Here is the procedure to follow:

Check that this email is not in your junk mail (spam)

If you cannot find it, wait 10 minutes because EMAILS delivery times can sometimes be long.

After 10 minutes, check your inbox again and then your spam folder to see if the Wakatoon email has arrived in the meantime.

If this is not the case, try logging in again with your personal email address. Carefully re-read the address you entered to make sure it is correct before tapping the “Receive Code” button again.

Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and if you still don't receive anything, contact us by tapping the button displayed at the bottom right of the screen.

I have a Wakatoon coloring book or coloring page from a partner that I can't use

Your book or coloring page from a partner must have a code allowing you to access it.

How do I remove my Wakatoon account ?

1 - If you see a portrait icon on the top left of your Wakatoon menu, it'll mean you're logged in to your Wakatoon account. Then click on it. Then you'll be able to click on "remove my account".

2 - If you're not logged onto your Wakatoon account, log in, and go to 1.

3 - Otherwise, write to support@wakatoon.com and request the removal of your data, and we will remove them in a few days.
