    The game is okay, but once you complete it, there's nothing else to do. There are no more rewards or new features. I managed to get all the characters to silver and unlock everything in less than two days. It's a shame because the game is actually quite good, but it's too short. Also, disappointing that there's no way to progress offline.

    Forcing players to watch a 15-second ad in the game isn't cool. It's not okay to have forced ads in any game, especially when they're between 30 seconds to a minute long. If you want to include ads for extra earnings or rewards, that's fine, but making them mandatory is a big turn-off for players.

    The game is enjoyable and I don't have any major problems with it. I like that the developers reward me for watching ads, which benefits both of us. However, my only concern is that there are many things to pay attention to, but not much guidance, so it can become too much to handle very fast. This can make the experience less enjoyable, especially if you easily feel overwhelmed like I do. I recommend that the developers include an 'auto assign' or 'auto upgrade assigned humans' feature.

    The game could have been a top-rated mobile app if it didn't force those annoying ad breaks. I don't get why they thought that was a good idea. I've noticed this trend in a few other mobile games too. I always delete games with that feature right away and I'm not about to pay to remove the ads. It's just a mobile game, after all. Without the forced ad breaks, this game would likely get a 5-star rating, but they let greed get the best of them.
