Hubble Connected for Motorola - Baby monitor & camera

I recently updated the app, and now it constantly shows me a Connectivity Error. I never had any issues before the update. I am feeling very frustrated right now. Update: It has been a week since the problem started, and nothing has been fixed. This is completely unacceptable. In the past year that I've been using this app, I never had any problems. However, with the new update, nothing seems to be working correctly. I keep receiving unhelpful responses from the company. I do not recommend this brand.

Let me tell you, this app from a well-known company is really full of bugs. A lot of people have said that it always crashes or freezes, doesn't play videos, and now I can't hear any sound when I watch videos. My handheld monitor works perfectly for audio, but the app on my phone and my wife's phone won't produce any sound anymore. It's like going into the wild when you use this app! And on top of that, the star projection feature now works randomly. This app and product are just terrible, no doubt about it.

The love app is great for setting up cloud services. I just wish we could hear and communicate at the same time. It would be the best thing! This system keeps improving, and I love it. I recommend it to everyone looking for a great and affordable monitoring system. As of the latest update on 6/4/21, there is some lagging in the bit rate and constant buffering.

My Motorola camera and monitor work well together. But the app is very buggy. It only works properly around 30% of the time, so you can't really rely on it. We had issues with it about six months ago, but I decided to give it another shot while on vacation. However, most of the time, it won't connect to the camera even though everything was set up correctly and working fine just an hour before. I keep getting a "Camera status change failed" message. I have the latest software installed, so that shouldn't be the problem. It's a great concept when it does work properly.

I wouldn't recommend using the Motorola camera on a cable connection.

The pan function is not working as expected. It doesn't move where I want it to. The available settings are basic with limited options. Zooming in and out and motion detection are slow, and there is a significant delay. The recordings are too short. This camera app is the worst I've ever used in so many ways.

Oh no, the app is just awful. When I want to see my daughter's nursery through the camera, it always has errors. It becomes useless right when I need it. I play music to help my baby sleep, but it often stops during the night and wakes her up, disturbing us all. Every time I try to change the melodies, it says it failed. We really wish we hadn't bought this monitor because we're stuck using this app.
