No, I can't. The refund will be returned to my HotSpot wallet and can only be used to pay parking fees, fines, and other related expenses in the app to avoid wasted funds.

### 2. Are the bus and taxi features available in all cities?

No, these features are only available in "selected cities." You can check whether your city is supported in the app.

### 3. Can non-CAA Canada members enjoy member benefits?

No. Benefits like the $18/year low-cost membership and free annual membership are only available to CAA Canada members. Non-members will be charged the regular price.

### 4. When paying parking fines, can I just take a photo of the ticket? Do I need to fill in any other information?

After taking a photo of the ticket, the app will automatically identify key ticket information (such as the ticket number and amount). Generally, there's no need to manually fill in too much information. Once you confirm the information is correct, you can pay directly. It's very simple.

### 5. After changing the app's theme color, can I restore it to its default?

Yes, go to "Settings > Interface Personalization" in the app, find the theme color option, and select "Default Color" to restore the default style.
