    After the update, the app crashed immediately upon launch. Turning off the network allowed it to run without issues. Something must have changed on the server. Now, the app launches normally again.

    That’s frustrating! You’re already logged in, but the app doesn’t seem to recognize it. Have you tried closing the app completely and reopening it? Sometimes that helps reset things. If that doesn't work, maybe clear the app's cache or check for any updates. It should get sorted soon!

    This is unbelievable. I'm so frustrated right now. The server doesn't work, the app keeps crashing, and the customer service is a mess. My blood pressure is rising. Why do they waste my time with this nonsense? It's stressing me out so much. They really need to get their act together.

    To use the My Hello service, you need to complete a full membership verification. But when trying to verify, there's an issue with accessing the Hello Mobile join information. It raises a question about the purpose of having the app in the first place.

    It would be great if you could allow resizing the widget or maybe add smaller sizes. I use it out of necessity to check my usage, but it takes up so much space. I only look at the usage. Maybe adding a feature to display it on the top bar would help too.
