It’s frustrating to see the team’s responses to similar complaints. It feels like they just don’t care anymore. The whole upgrade process for each doctor is overwhelming. Progressing to new levels seems nearly impossible without relying on bonuses or spending real money on coins and diamonds. It's disappointing because this game has so much potential. Getting the necessary coins takes forever, especially when you can’t upgrade what you need to advance. This cycle just drains all the fun out of it. Time to uninstall.

It started off enjoyable, and then the challenge ramped up. The nurse struggled to keep up, even after upgrades. Each patient required a lot of attention. Earning extra lives became tough, especially since diamonds were hard to come by unless you bought them.

This game is a blast! The money gets tougher to earn as you climb through the levels. You face many challenges and often end up failing. This isn't my first time downloading it. I couldn't resist coming back again. It’s got to be good if I’m here for a second round!

Overall, it just needs less advertising for a smoother experience.

Overall, a solid game. Love that ads aren't forced. You choose whether to watch an ad for points. Not sure if the developers have shifted focus. No updates or competitions lately. Enjoyed playing the save the dog part, but it has been saying updates are coming for a while now. Just waiting to see what happens next.

Either I had to spend real money or wait for days just to gather enough coins for a single upgrade. Frustration set in.

Getting those boosters takes passing previous levels, which makes it tricky. One player has to manage several patients within tight time limits. Right now, I’m stuck on level 35, trying to score 2,000 points in just three minutes. It’s super frustrating! More time would definitely make it more enjoyable.

The reward and difficulty ratios feel completely unbalanced. Upgrading anything costs 1,000 to 2,000 coins, yet losing a level offers only 30 to 50 coins. It makes no sense. Players deserve to earn the amount they make in a level, plus a bonus for completion. The reasoning about watching ads doesn’t help either. So I'm done with this game. Uninstalling.
