Link the islands by building bridges to create a single connecting route! Hashi puzzles, which originated in Japan, are captivating bridge-connecting challenges. Designed purely around logic without involving any mathematical computations, these intriguing puzzles provide limitless enjoyment and cognitive stimulation for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.
Each puzzle is organized within a rectangular grid of circles, where each circle symbolizes an island, and the number on it indicates how many bridges must be connected to that island. The goal is to link all islands based on the designated bridge count while ensuring that no more than two bridges span in the same direction and that all connections allow movement between any two islands.
To establish a bridge, simply swipe your finger between two islands. The game incorporates highlighting features that indicate permissible bridge directions and alert you if a segment of an island may become isolated.
To visualize your progress, graphical previews in the puzzle list display the completion status of all puzzles within a volume as they are solved. A Gallery view option offers these previews in an enlarged format.
For added enjoyment, Hashi is ad-free and features a Weekly Bonus section that provides an additional free puzzle every week.

Hashi: A Refreshing and Deeply Satisfying Logic Puzzle Experience
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with Hashi, an app that takes the classic bridge-connecting puzzle and turns it into an elegant, user-friendly, and intellectually stimulating experience. As someone who loves logic-based games like Sudoku and Slitherlink, I was immediately drawn to the clean design and thoughtful mechanics of Hashi. The puzzles start simple but quickly evolve into satisfyingly complex challenges that require careful planning and spatial reasoning—all without any mathematical pressure.
What impressed me most was the smooth and intuitive swipe-based bridge-building, complemented by helpful highlighting features that prevent errors without undermining the sense of accomplishment. The app’s ad-free environment and weekly bonus puzzles make it feel both premium and generous, while the dark mode and progress-tracking features add a layer of polish that enhances long-term engagement. Whether you're new to Hashi or a seasoned solver, this app offers a perfect blend of relaxation and mental exercise.
