FAQs：

Q: Is there a minimum amount to earn cashback on Goodie? For example, what's the minimum amount required to earn cashback?

A: There's no specific minimum amount. As long as you shop through Goodie at nearly 800 participating online retailers, you can earn a proportional portion of your purchase back, up to 25% of your purchase amount. And you don't have to wait until you reach a certain amount; you can earn cashback as you qualify. Combined with the merchant's own discounts, you can save even more.

Q: Are all the promotional flyers on Goodie from Polish stores? Are they updated regularly?

A: They primarily feature promotional flyers from Polish stores, like Biedronka, Lidl, and Carrefour. They're updated regularly, so you can generally keep up with the latest deals. For example, supermarkets change their promotions weekly, and the flyers in the app are updated simultaneously, eliminating the need to wait for print flyers or check the store's website.

Q: Are those "exclusive discount codes" only valid on Goodie? What precautions should be taken when using them?

A: Yes, these discount codes cannot be found anywhere else and are only available on Goodie. To use it, simply enter the code at checkout at the corresponding merchant. However, be careful about the expiration date and scope of the discount code (for example, some are limited to specific items). This is usually clearly marked in the app, so check ahead to avoid any issues.

Q: If I want to buy something for my family in Poland at an offline store, is it convenient to use a Goodie e-gift card?

A: It's very convenient. Goodie e-gift cards are valid at all stores in Poland, both online and offline. You can personalize them for the occasion (for example, birthdays or holidays) and send them directly to your family so they can choose the item. There's no need to send a physical card or worry about buying the wrong item.

Q: I always forget my membership card at the supermarket. Is Goodie's card storage feature easy to use? Is it a hassle?

A: It's very useful and not a hassle at all. I can add my frequently used membership cards like Biedronka and Carrefour to the app, and simply show them on my phone at the supermarket, eliminating the need to carry a bunch of physical cards. The app also reminds me of exclusive member-only promotions, so I won't miss out on points or discounts.

Q: Can I directly link offers using Goodie's shopping list feature? For example, will I be notified if an item on my list is on sale?

A: Yes, you can. After you create a shopping list, the app will send you discount notifications for items based on your list content and preferences. For example, if laundry detergent on my list is on sale at a certain supermarket, I'll notify you, helping you save money accurately without having to check my list to find discounts.
