The shoes are amazing! The prices are great. I've bought around 20 pairs of shoes from there. I just wish they had more Gucci items.

The customer service is bad. They take 2-3 days to respond and then close the conversation after one reply. If something goes wrong with a purchase or sale, you're on your own. Be careful when selling - they might hold your shoes hostage with double fees or charge you to get them back if your order is canceled. My order was canceled after it had already shipped due to a mistake by their shipper. Now, my shoes are being held for ransom. USPS shipping is unreliable, so make sure to get a receipt and ensure they scan it upon delivery.

I love this app called GOAT because they have real shoes from big brands. It's organized into different categories, which I think is great. I've tried other apps like this before, but they were not good at all. GOAT is definitely the best app I've used, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for shoes, clothing, or anything else.

This app has 2 issues that are quite bothersome. Firstly, when browsing the "want list," it keeps resetting and going back to the start, making it impossible to reach the end of the list unless using a computer. Secondly, the "buy new with defects" option lacks clear descriptions or images of the defects. It would be helpful to have actual pictures showing the extent of the defects instead of low-quality images taken in poor lighting from a distance. Thank you for considering these improvements.

Photos may not always show the true final look of a product. Getting something different can lead to a tough return process with no phone customer support - only email with many different contacts. Even if you return it, you won't get cash back, just credits or you have to sell items yourself. This company is bad! Contacting BBB.
