How to Play

Create a tournament

If you decide to create a tournament to your liking, you can choose the league you want to play in (La Liga Santander, Premier League, Liga 1|2|3, UEFA Champions League, Serie A, Women's League or Superliga), the game mode (Social, Classic or Pick-up), the name of the tournament, and the configuration you want to set, such as the scoring system or the initial budget.
If you have created a private tournament, don't worry if you made a mistake in the initial configuration. At any time, you can change or expand the configuration of your tournament from the administrative page.

Share your tournament with your friends

From the administrative section, you have the option to share the link so that your friends can easily join your tournament. You can share it via WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, etc. They must be registered on Futmondo and click the link to join easily.

Join a Tournament

From the "Join a Tournament" section, you can join private tournaments created by your friends, official tournaments with prizes launched by Futmondo, or public tournaments created by other users.

1.To join a friend's tournament:

Click "Join a Tournament".

Click the magnifying glass icon.

Enter the exact name of the tournament (no leading/trailing spaces, match accents and capitalization used by your friend).

Enter the tournament PIN provided by your friend.

Click "Join" to enter.

2.To join an official tournament with prizes:

On the "Official" tab, browse all available official tournaments.

Prizes include club jerseys, Amazon gift cards, match tickets, season passes, and more (announced on our social media).

Official tournaments use Classic Mode (traditional fantasy football: build a lineup within a budget).

Click "Join" to participate.

3.To join a public tournament:

On the "Public" tab, view available public tournaments.

Click "Info" to check the tournament configuration before joining.

Click "Join" to enter.

Social Mode Transfer Market

If you’ve chosen to begin with players, you can sell unwanted ones and sign new players listed daily by Futmondo on the market. Sign players from the market until your squad is complete. To bid on a player, click their name, and a window will appear where you can enter your offer. Check the Press Room to see who signed players once their market time expires. Players go to the highest bidder when their market time ends. All bids are secret—adjust yours wisely to secure the player. Sell players to receive an offer from Futmondo close to their value in each market cycle.

To list a player:

Select "Sell" on the market page.

Click the player’s name.

Set your asking price and wait for offers from tournament participants or Futmondo.

Futmondo’s offer will be within ±7% of the player’s value.

Check offers for your players under the "Sell" tab.

Before selling, ensure you have at least 11 players for the matchday. Each empty starting position deducts 5 points from your team’s total score.

View friends’ squads and make direct offers for their players via the Teams page. Click the squad icon next to their name, then tap the player’s photo/name to bid. Your friend will receive the offer to accept or decline.

Lineup in Social and Classic Modes

Tap on the position you want to fill and select the player from your squad that you want to include in your starting eleven.

If you want to change the formation, you should select the "+" button that appears at the bottom right of the page and click on "Change Formation".

Set up your team before the start of the next matchday to be able to score points. The start of the matchday always coincides with the first match of that day.

For your team to score points, it is necessary to have positive funds at the start of the matchday.

An empty position deducts 5 points, and a player in the wrong position scores zero points.

Standings

Once the matches of a matchday begin, you can check the standings of your team and other participants on the Standings page.

Click the My Team tab to view your team's points for the current or most recent matchday.

Click the Matchday tab to see the standings for the ongoing or past matchdays.

Click the Overall tab to view the general classification.

Tap on a participant’s name to check their team and their players' points for the matchday.

Click the + button at the bottom right of the page and select Ideal XI to see the ideal lineup of the matchday.

To find out where each player’s points come from, simply tap their photo on the pitch, and a detailed scorecard will appear.

My Profile

Click Settings in the central menu or the Futmondo ball icon to:

Enable notifications for point updates, player signings, matchday starts, etc.

Change your username.

Set your preferred language.

Hide your last login time so other users can’t see when you access Futmondo.

Play with team jerseys instead of player photos.

Player Macro Cards

Whether in the Lineup, Standings, Market, or Squads sections, tap on a player’s photo/jersey or name in any list to view their macro card.

The macro card shows:

Key player info: last 5 scores, recent price history, buy/sell options, and stats.

Additional stats by clicking View Full Card:

Scores from previous seasons.

Detailed player statistics.

Past match scores from the current season.

Live Matches

During and after matches, check player scores via the Match Cards. Select the clock icon on the homepage, central menu, or lineup page to access them.

Inside the Match Card:

View all players' scores from both teams.

Toggle scoring modes by clicking the pencil icon and selecting your preferred mode.

Tap a player’s photo on the pitch for detailed stats and point breakdowns.

More Details

Activate Cup Mode in your tournament for knockout rounds. Users face off directly, and the highest-scoring team advances. 

Browse Team Squads in the Squads section to see all league players, their scores, averages, and owners.

Star Players by clicking the star icon next to their name. Get notified when they enter the market.

Track Finances in the Administration > Finances section to monitor your spending.

Join the Dressing Room to chat with friends about league highlights.

Stay Updated with the latest Futmondo news by clicking the News icon.
