How do I contact Customer Support?

You can contact Customer Support by pressing on the (?) Question Mark Icon that appears throughout the game, or from the settings menu on the 'Challenges page'.

Once selected, pressing the support icon (speech bubble) will take you to a messaging system where you can send issues, ask questions to the FortuneFish Customer Support team.

Our Community Guidelines are set out to ensure all players have a fun, safe and fair time whilst playing Fashion AR, we appreciate adherence to our guideline structure at all times.

Why have I received a Strike and what are they?

You have received a strike because you have breached our community guidelines.

Strikes are given for any of the following: 

Posting an inappropriate photo

Suspected phishing

Use of hate speech

Reported bullying

Offensive content

Suspected illegal activity

Breach of our terms of service

Because of any of this activity, we have given your account a strike.

Having strikes on your account may result in your activity being limited.

If you receive more than 3 strikes, you could be permanently banned from playing Fashion AR.
