We offer 

✨With the Entergy mobile app, customers can swiftly manage their accounts. Upon checking their account balance and payment due date, they can settle their bills with a simple swipe. Additionally, users have the option to sign up for PaperFREE billing, arrange payment plans, and select a custom monthly billing date. Payments can be made as a guest using either a bank account or debit/credit card. 

✨Customers can find outage details via the outage map, through relevant alerts, or by accessing the Entergy Storm Center tailored to their specific area. The app also allows users to report outages or check on their status via text messages. 

✨Gain insights into daily energy usage and expenses or analyze monthly trends. Discover ways to conserve energy and cut costs with helpful efficiency recommendations. 

The app provides users with the capability to set and manage notification preferences regarding billing, outages, and usage information through various channels such as text, voice, or email. What's New

The newest version of Entergy is now a standalone mobile app, replacing the previous web platform.

New features include:

• Biometric Authentication – After the initial login with myEntergy credentials, users can enable face or fingerprint recognition for convenience.

• Pay Now – A setup for one-time Quick Pay allows users to complete transactions with a simple swipe.

• Power Status and Estimated Time to Restore – Customers can easily see power status from their home screen after logging in, allowing them to monitor estimated restoration times during outages.

• Outage Map – A new feature designed for mobile devices allows users to track service interruptions based on their customer address or current location.

• Monitor Usage from Smart Meters – Customers equipped with AMI advanced meters can access near real-time updates on their energy consumption and associated costs every 4-5 hours.

• Guest Payment – This feature permits customers to “Continue as Guest,” utilizing their customer account number and QPC code to make a guest payment.

• Map of Walk-in Payment Centers: Find the closest locations based on the user’s mobile device position.

• Learning Videos – Overview and instructional videos for the mobile app are accessible on the More screen or directly on the video platform.

The app includes various means for users to provide feedback, enhancing the overall customer experience:

• Real Time Customer Ratings – Users will see a prompt for star ratings after making payments or when logging out, along with an option to leave comments about their mobile experience.

• Feedback Section – Found on the “More” screen, customers can submit thoughts on the mobile app's functionality, including suggestions for improvements.

The mission of the ethics and compliance program is to:

Promote and foster and organizational culture of integrity, ethical decision-making and commitment to Entergy’s values.

Assure that directors, officers and employees conduct business with the highest standards of integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Entergy system policies.

Provide employees a haven for reporting concerns.

Entergy’s ethics and compliance program maintains the company’s Code of Entegrity. The code is our guide to conducting business ethically and fairly. It outlines key company policies and provides the ethical standards of behavior expected of all employees. We expect every Entergy employee to know and follow the code.

The code and underlying policies are not the only parts of the ethics and compliance program. We have codes of business conduct for temporary workers and suppliers. We provide education for our employees on various ethics and compliance topics. We also identify applicable laws and risks of non-compliance and then decrease those risks through preventive and detective measures and corrective action.

Importantly, Entergy provides a toll-free ethics line, 1-888-257-ETHIC (1-888-257-3844) that allows anyone to report violations of the Code of Entegrity, company policies or any laws and regulations.

You may remain anonymous when reporting your concern. Entergy maintains a policy that any report made in good faith based on a reasonable belief of a known, suspected or potential violation of the law or company policy is protected from retaliation for making the report.

Entergy did not experience any material breaches of the Code of Entegrity, including anti-corruption and bribery policies, during 2024.

    It feels frustrating. Key tasks like accessing accounts or paying bills open in an external browser. Meanwhile, maps and other information stick to an in-app browser. No auto-save for logins makes things tedious. Notifications don’t offer any real value either. If everything redirects to URLs, why not just use the website directly?

    The app focuses heavily on payments. It makes that clear. Trying to update account information? It's a challenge. Finding accurate information about outages is frustrating. There's an option to report outages, but it doesn't function as expected. Contact information isn't easy to locate either. Overall, the app feels limited in addressing anything beyond payments.

    Frustrating situation. You tried to reset your password but got stuck. Now you can’t see your bill because it claims you denied access, which you never did. Everything feels complicated. Then there’s that question about the app's language. They ask if the content is in English, but only give "No" and "Not Sure" as options. Where’s the "Yes"? So annoying!

    Frustration with changing the email. Followed the process but nothing happened. No real contact info available. Tried the phone number on the bill. Waited for 75 minutes, then it disconnected. When tapping the app icon, it takes to an old sign-in page. So annoying! The app won’t open at all on December 7. Planning to remove and reinstall it.

    This app is frustrating. Every time I tap an icon, it takes me to the new myentergy website, and it's not helpful at all. Clicking on anything just leads to a loading symbol forever. Sometimes links don’t work either. I used to pay my bill easily through the app, but now I'm stuck and can't even pay online anymore. It's really disappointing.

    Staying connected to this company is a real struggle. The new app? It's not recognizing my old password or the one I reset. All I want is an easy way to check for outages and get notifications about power cuts, especially during those brutal freezes. Why is it so tough for Entergy's customers to get something so simple? Other companies manage just fine. Dealing with this app is frustrating and makes everything more complicated.

    This app is driving me crazy. I have wireless billing, and it shows I owe nothing. It even thanks me for paying. Then, I get an email demanding $360. I called customer service to check, and it's real. This app does nothing useful. Sure, I can report outages, but I can't pay my bill or see my usage accurately. Totally useless! 0 out of 5 stars. Definitely do not recommend!

    The website really needs improvement. Entergy should check out the First Electric app. It’s simply better. The overcharging feels unfair. The bill matrix doesn't work for anyone. There's a lot to learn from past mistakes. Plus, it would help to see my current bill instead of those random two-month estimates.

    I updated the app on a day when Amazon Web Services were having issues. I thought it was the app's fault and left a bad review. Then Energy reached out to me, saying the app was fixed. Now, it's working great. This app is solid, and I recommend it to all Entergy customers.
